Terrible customer service. I ordered a combination plate and they did not include the sides I asked for. When I called them they asked me to come back with the food so they can take it back? Completely unheard of and leads to me believe that they reserve the food that gets brought back to them. I complied and brought back the plate, only to be yelled at by the owner. I asked for my money back and as I was walking out she told me to s** a d***. Super unprofessional, I will never spend a dime there again.

This place literally doesn’t gives u crab rangoons with no crab and puts an extra charge on your card with out asking . The rice was very hard I paid 26$ for rice and crab rangoons with no crab and that’s not what I ordered.

I called tonight for a delivery she said it would be 35 to 40 mins , I waited a hour and a half for my food. Then the delivery driver didn’t even get out of his car he blared on his horn till we came out.I had no shoes on so I had to run in and grab shoes then I go to his car to get my delivery and he goes “ no tip” I said are you serious your a delivery driver and you didn’t even come to my door and bring me the food you made me come get it from you. 1. If you’re delivering food you should be coming to my door. 2. It’s midnight and you’re blaring your horn . 3 . If you wouldn’t have come to my door like a delivery driver should you would’ve been tipped way more than 75 cents.
