Save your money. I hardly ever complain about food. If there’s a mishap or minor mistake, I’ll always keep it to myself. But this food is soooo bad…literally ordered chow mein, green beans, fried rice, fried chicken wings, and cheese wonton. Awful. Tasteless. So sad too because the portions are massive/steaming hot but all of it is not edible. Cheese wonton- burnt

It was a decent Chinese meal. I would give it a try if it’s your first time here. I did enjoy the chicken wings but I thought it was a bit pricy.

Zero flavor for the Kung Pao Chicken, Zero flavor for the Teriyaki chicken. Gave me the wrong rice and charged me for a more expensive one. The chowmein was okay though. Super expensive too!!! No combos, everything is seperate. Do Not Reccomend!

The fried rice has no flavor, the bean is no salt and flavor. Save your money or buy Panda Express it will taste better. thumbs down for this place

I had their lunch special which was shrimp and asparagus, in a white sauce. It was excellent. I also had their fried rice, that does not seem that fried and is very good. Included was an eggroll, soup- I had the sweet and sour and it was very good, and your choice of a drink. It was about $11.00 and change with tax.

We ordered take out delivery. Everything was still fresh and hot when it got to us, everything was clean, safe delivery. Wonderful food. Ordering again today actually. I just thought I’d pop on and write a review, as I saw some really rude words being shared here. It was honestly lovely and the staff are lovely. Recommend for delivery!

smelt gross, chicken tasted like it was turning, shrimp tasted funky. Spent $30 bucks here. Big chopsticks more like big mistake. Do not even bother. All the Yelp reviews say the same thing too and the reviews are recently posted and go months back, clearly they aren’t doing anything to improve their quality of food.

I order from Big Chopsticks almost weekly via GrubHub and directly. Their quality of food is excellent and deliveries are on time. However, issue we’ve had the last few times is that they miss items in the orders. I call in advance to ask them to see my order(s) and go over with them, so that all is correct and included. Last few times they’re missing condiments, wontons that I ask for and ask them to charge me for and they still miss the items. Today, I ordered their chicken and string beans dish and only received string beans as well, I had called in advance and wrote on the GrubHub order four bags of crunchy wontons and charge me extra if need be, over $60 of food. They said they’re too busy to amend and re-deliver the correct order. Very disappointing! They’re nice people, but need to get orders correct especially when you call to double check and pay nice gratuities. They also often run out of Chinese mustard and instead give regular yellow mustard that doesn’t taste well with good Chinese food. Chinese restaurant out of hot mustard…this is the third time!

I’m not sure about the reviews that say the food is bland because the food here is excellent! The flavors are clean and fresh, it’s not food that has been sitting around or overloaded with sodium. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick! A little pricey being it’s not a fancy sit down restaurant but well worth it for the quality .
