Unlike the lady Rhonda’s review … I have never had any issues with this place . I live near 695 and will drive to pick up food it’s so good! The staff has even brought my food to the car because I didn’t want to get my kids out to pick up . The small space in the front of the restaurant doesn’t bother me because I’m just ordering and /picking up . Not sitting to enjoy the view . Covid did happen and I think some people forget that. They try to keep it safe while using the space they have inside for other items . Not a big deal . The food is great!

I don’t know about walk-in service as I’ve never actually been in the restaurant. The nearest I’ve ever gotten to the place is the tractor supply store that’s in the same shopping center. That said, I order out from this joint all the time and have it delivered. Not only is it one of the very very few places that will deliver to my area, the food that I receive is always fairly well prepared and delicious. I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed by the food from Lucky Bamboo; I can’t say that for many chain restaurants I’ve visited as well as carry-out on the HoCo side (HoCo restaurants won’t deliver to my house even though some of them are closer in distance than Lucky Bamboo… their loss). Service on the phone has always been polite and helpful; their driver delivers my food with care. What more can you ask for out of a Chinese food take out place? It’s not like we’re talking Michelin stars or Zagat ratings… It’d be funny if they were rated that way though.

I give them a three because they have this large profitable space and the customers have to step. into a vestibule type space boxed in. to take your order. as if your nothing. It’s so small you have to wait outside for your turn. yet. (you see) all that space they have. They need to update this picture and be honest, in real time.

Definitely do NOT support them. I have been supporting them for a long time. Almost weekly! Tonight we were met with a two hour delay in food delivery, without apology. When we open the food which was cold, half our order was missing. We brought it to the attention of the manager who was unapologetic, did not offer any solution and was not willing a issue partial refund for food we paid for. We believe in supporting small businesses, but this is unacceptable.

I order from here frequently or at least I used to. They are on the pricey side but like the only Chinese food place in this area that delivers. Anyhow, tonight after placing my order( after placing an order on Monday that was $38.00) and waiting 2 HOURS. Tonight I spent $50.00. They didn’t give me my free item. I’m disgusted because not only do I spend a lot of money at this place but I also Waited TWO HOURS for my order and they made up some lame rules when I called to inquire about the free item that I just received on Monday but not today. Everybody is all about a dollar these days.

Placed my order online, went to pick it up and didn’t even realize there was a order place so I had to wait for my order to be started. Totally defeated the purpose of online ordering. As for the food, way to pricey for the small amount given. Like many of you, I’ve had Chinese food from different states and all over. In my honest opinion, I could have done better at home using the same ingredients. Please, please anyone reading this. Don’t spend your money here. It’s another case of foreigners making a money grab and giving very poor service in return

The food was disgusting… I ordered shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp. The shrimp was good but the rice itself was disgusting. It didn’t taste good at all. It tasted weird. I’ve had shrimp fried rice before but it was first time from that store. Also I called, they answered then put me on hold for like 10 mins. Then I told whoever was on the phone that it didn’t taste good and he said Oh well. Disrespectful. Then told me to order somewhere else. I am. Bad customer service and disgusting food. I ordered food from this place on 8/23/20. I called in an order for two dinners; one with shrimp, and the other with beef. Lucky Bamboo House called to tell me my order was ready, so proceeded to the restaurant to pick up my order. I went inside the store, and stood in line. It was one customer ahead of me. As, the customer ahead of me was waiting for his credit card transaction to go through three sounds was heard coming from the intercom they installed on the store protective plastic shield. The restaurant changed their store in compliance to COVID-19 requirements. The store is completely closed in; with a small waiting space for food pickups. I grew concerned about the sounds coming from the intercom. The customer in front of me transaction was finalized, and he took his food, and left. I go ahead to the counter to finalize my transaction. I felt very uncomfortable because the sounds that were coming out from the intercom did not sound like it came from a human. After I received my food I could not move because I wanted to ask the cashier “what was that sound I heard”. Before, I opened my mouth to ask about the sounds; I had noticed the customer that was ahead of me had left his car keys on the counter. I told the cashier I was going to go outside and give the customer his keys. I left out the restaurant with my food, and the customer who left his keys was walking back towards the store. I gave him is keys, and he thank me for it. I was so concerned about the sounds I asked the guy about the sounds we heard. I said to him, “did that noise we heard sounded like a dog. He said, “the noise sounded like a cat. Then, I asked him did the noise we heard sounded like it came from an animal, and he said yes. I drove home, and placed the food on the kitchen table. I run upstairs crying because I was so upset. My daughter started to eat her food because I was too upset to even talk. I go, back downstairs, and my daughter is complaining about the food. I asked her what was wrong, and she said the meat did not smell, taste, or even look like beef. I wasted my money because we could not eat the food.
