Had the three piece fish fry. It wasn’t too bad. I liked the batter coating, not real heavy and greasy. The fish was a little tough, maybe cooked too long. The homemade chips were good but should have been fried more crispy. Given the lack of decent fish fries anymore, I’d go back here.

Great place to grab a drink and a bite to eat! My wife and I stopped in for dinner and had their Mushroom Swiss Burger and Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Both sandwiches hit the spot, and we preferred the Beer Fries to the Regular Fries. I’m not sure what kind of bread the bun is, but it was delicious, and I think homemade! The bar looked clean, there were plenty of TVs for sporting events, and they had a few games like pool and darts to play. We were very happy with our experience and will be back to try the pizza!

Took my very picky husband here for last minute supper. Small adequate menu, appears much of it is homemade. We ordered burgers, up charge to batter fries was only $1, onion rings $2.

The absolute worse dining experience I’ve ever had. I ordered the French dip. They gave me a beef sandwich with no au jus dip. I finished the cheese curbs and the house chips while waiting for the server to come back to check in and allow me to follow up about the au jus dip. 1 hour passed and nobody came around so I had to get up, go to the bar and ask for the au jus. At this point, the beef was ice cold. When they finally brought the au jus, I asked the server to please check the temperature of the meat. At this point, she just stated that she would get a whole new sandwich. When I finally got the new sandwich, the server threw the plate on the table and said “here you go”. Absolutely disgraceful. If you’re not a townie and want to check out a spot nearby, I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Wait staff was friendly and welcoming, food was fantastic, the only qualm I have is that the food took so long to get to us. I understand they’re short staffed, but there was only one other family in the restaurant and they already had their food.
