Went here for a baptism celebration. We were told the specials for the day and one was a full sea bass. I was very excited about that and wasn’t going to pass that up. It was delicious. Just grilled, didn’t notice any spices and that was ok. I didnt mind. Also didn’t come with any sides, just large grilled onion. Our friends ordered us 3 different appetizers. The calamari was very crispy. Everything I ate was good. Even had pizzellas for a dessert just like Nana would make

I first visited this establishment on a busy Saturday night with family and had a wonderful meal. Two chicken dishes and one pasta dish. All three of our meals were delicious. I am extremely picky with chicken (texture and fat), and I was extremely satisfied. The restaurant was busy, but it did not impact our great service. The staff was organized and efficient. I have since ordered pickup from them a few times and have always had a great experience.

Scary bad experience here. My wife has a severe gluten sensitivity and even though she ordered the gluten free pasta, the staff mixed up her order with someone else’s.

We went to dinner on a Tuesday evening. While there were a fair number of patrons (maybe 8 full tables and some folks at the bar) inside the restaurant, outside was very quiet so we sat there. First round of drinks and our starter, a Caprese Salad, arrived relatively promptly. Tomatoes were hard and tasteless, same with the mozzarella. We placed our main course order and I also ordered a glass of wine. 30+ minutes passed before the waitress re-emerged and asked for my wine order again… Food took another 15-20 minutes. When the food arrived it was mediocre at best. Meat was dry, pasta was overcooked, generally bland tasting. It was then that we overheard another server telling another patron about the specials for the evening… We never even knew they had specials that evening (and there were things I would have ordered in a heart beat).

We wanted to choose some place special for my mother-in-law’s birthday and having been to Lucia’s years ago with some friends, we decided to give it another try. I’m so glad we made this choice!! Lucia’s did not disappoint! The service was fantastic, food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was great. They also sang happy birthday to my mother-in-law and included a candle in her desert. It was a great experience all the way around thanks to the staff at Lucia’s!

The Team Blue Tasting Crew stopped in for a meal at Lucia and we were blown away. We learned that Lucia was opened in 1985 and is a sister restaurant to the original Lucia in Boston. There are five locations total. The service was amazing; we were seated right away and our waitress answered all questions that we had about the menu. There was outdoor seating and the drinks were amazing. We got sangria and an espresso martini. Both were phenomenal. The menu had plenty of options and everything sounded delicious. We got the scampi appetizer and it was a perfect combination of garlic and butter with a hint of white wine. It was absolutely delicious. We already can’t wait to come back and try more items on the menu!

My family and I celebrated my wife’s birthday last night at Lucia’s in Winchester, and it was wonderful. The staff was so friendly, and attentive. They went over and above to make her night special. We all agreed that the food was absolutely delicious, which doesn’t always happen when we go out together. I also highly recommend their chocolate martinis. I can’t say enough great things about this dining experience. Thank you, Lucia’s!

Mediocre food. The antipasto was just some cold cuts and cheese from the grocery store. Pasta mains were nothing special. Homemade spaghetti was very soft, should be more Al dente. Service and ambience were good.

This was our first time at this location, my family and I were celebrating Mother’s Day. Our waitress was so unpleasant and was clearly annoyed with any questions we had about the menu. Her response was “well read the menu it tells you what it is” This really set the mood! After desert, she asked how everything was. I ordered the fusilli in a cheese cream sauce, but it was so bland and had no flavor at all. I was just providing some feed back, but her response was… Well “I’m Irish” so I don’t know… I said me too, but it had no flavor at all. It’s difficult working in the service industry and people work so hard, but she was clearly having a bad day.

I never do reviews online about restaurants but I wanted to make people aware. My husband and I went there for a nice dinner to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. I had made reservations and we were seated promptly on time. The waitress came to the table to take our drink order. I asked for a drink menu, as I was interested in a martini, she snapped back, we don’t have a drink menu, we have a full bar what do you want? I told her what I wanted…she proceeds to say, “well, what’s in that”? Um, hello, if you have a full bar, go ask the bartender. I’m the paying customer. That set the tone for the rest of the night. Every time I tried to talk to her it was like we were bothering her. And, unless I imagined it, she just kept winking at my husband, lol. It was like I was non-existent (little did she know I was the one who would pay the bill and tip her) It was very obvious. Anyway, we get through the meal, had dessert, paid the bill and left. The food was mediocre at best. I won’t go back. But that isn’t what I’m writing about. We were there on a Saturday night. Monday morning, I checked my bank statement. Our bill was inflated by over $80.00!!!!!! Based on the cost of the dinner and tax, I left her a very generous $30.00 tip (which she didn’t deserve) but she somehow THOUGHT or ACCIDENTALLY put it in as $80.00. REALLY? The bill was only $128.00 I wasn’t going to tip her $80.00. I called the restaurant, spoke to the manager and he rectified the situation for me immediately. He was a super nice man, but she was a bit shady and kind of rude. I don’t know if I believe this could be accidental. The whole night wasn’t the vibe I was looking for after reading the reviews, I had thought it would be a great place to celebrate an anniversary. Never again. Too loud, too rushed and then the whole thing with the bill. NO THANKS! Just be aware to check your bank statements. I’m sure we weren’t the only ones this happened to!
