Quick service, good food, fresh coffee a nice no nonsense eatery. Everything was well prepared, presented, hot and tasty. Our waitress was Daniel, then another adept lady, coffee was warmed up by a third server regularly. The pickle was crisp and my corned beef sandwich with sauerkraut was great. The rye was browned and toasted to perfection. The cook did a great job this Saturday, 3/25/23. Windy outside, warm and cozy inside. Grits anyone?

Really enjoyed my experience at Luca’s. Service was fast and very attentive. My food was cooked just how I like it, and the good coffee kept coming. My only gripe was that it was hard to find seating upon arriving; no sign prompted me to either sit or wait to be served, and many tables had yet to be bussed after the rush so there was only one table clear.

I just walked out. After only receiving just my ice water and 20 minutes of waiting to place my order… no one came to wait on me or my guests. Worse service ever. Then, as we were walking out, I was told to have a good day. Don’t go here!

I really wanted to like them. But if you order from them on GrubHub, please note that they do *not* update their menu. When I ordered a meal that they apparently haven’t served in over a year, they just told the driver they were out (instead of contacting me and asking if I wanted something else, like every other restaurant does) and that they would issue a refund. I called to ask them about it and they suddenly told me they couldn’t issue it and I’d have to call GrubHub myself (so were they planning on letting me know that if I hadn’t called?). They don’t take responsibility for contracting through GrubHub nor for updating their menu there, and both people I talked to on the phone were super rude. I hope the dining-in service is better, but definitely don’t order from them for delivery if you’d like to actually receive the food you ordered (or the appropriate refund without having to waste more time calling around).
