5/28/23: The mole enchiladas are premade with chicken so you can’t get them with Oaxacan cheese instead. Also too pricy at $18 for a food cart. I didn’t find the mole sauce that good either, lacking in spice and no sweetness at all. I wouldn’t return.

Great authentic Mexican food. I’ve eaten here many times and it has never disappointed. Prices are great as well (it is cash only just a heads up). We are big fans of the chicken taco plate and the shrimp taco plate. But everything we’ve tried has been fantastic. Staff is awesome and they prepare the good quickly. Best option is to call ahead and show up for pickup! It is a permanent food truck with a few tables to eat if you want to enjoy the food there. Try the red sauce it’s spicy but delicious!

First time eating here. We ordered tacos de asada and they had a lot of cuero in the meat. Every bite had some, grossed us out and we did not eat the tacos. We also ordered agua de horchata and it was not sweet just tasted like rice. You can see some of the cuero in the picture, this was from two tacos only.

The sweetest staff and the best burritos and chorizo. That wet burrito was obscenely large and saucy and we wouldn’t have it any other way. The fish taco plate also really hit the spot 🙂 absolutely a favorite spot, and their Tortas are super good too!

Great asada burrito. Took the first bite and it was bomb!! Fresh, juicy and overall delicious. Steak wasn’t overdone and the extra sauce they give isn’t just watered down. Best $12 spent. Good service too.

I dunno about atmosphere because it’s outside and I just got my mole to go but it was soooo good! I can’t wait to try other items on their menu! They only take cash though so make sure to hit up an ATM before going. The most expensive item is tlayuda at 24 bucks I think.

Hands down the best rice and beans from Seattle to Mexico City! I buy a few sides to keep on hand. Use as a base for whatever fresh salad fixings on hand with several dashes of hot sauce. Enjoy!
