The food is always delicious, portion sizes are generous, and the staff is friendly. For lunch we typically dine in but since it is a bar and we have children we do take out for dinner. Our order is always correct and is ready quickly. Some of our favorite dishes are the jamo burger and the bbq.

Food is average. Its not bad but waited for about an hour for the waitress to take the order. I cant blame her too much for that since she was the only person working but she took other peoples orders that come there often and got them whatever they needed, acknowledged my table several times and got ignored. I waited for another hour after receiving the food for the check and she again acknowledged the table but never came over, eventually resulting in us getting up and having to ask for it. The locals were very odd and gave off an uninviting feel through stares that never diverted. Motorcycle guys hang out there acting tough just hanging out but it could make some uncomfortable. This place is misrepresented as a diner when in all reality its a dive bar, but i tell you what, the daily bar deals are insanely good but beware that the locals may not be so inviting and you may never get your food or check and youll have to demand attention. This place seems more like an exclusive group type of place similar to a moose lodge but im sure once the locals get to know you, youll be treated like family. I don’t suggest this place for foreigners passing by, afterall, it is West Point and a tight-knit community.

We were in the area for work and stumbled upon this place for lunch. It is tucked away and didn’t like like much from the outside that could have been easily overlooked. The fish poboy lunch special I had for lunch was delicious. The portion was huge. The staff was friendly and service was fast. We will be back next time we are in the area to try other dishes.

Really like going to Lovell’s. We have had great service and the prices are reasonable. Their crabcake is amazing, and they probably have the best reuben around. They have daily specials and outdoor dining when the weather is nice. It’s definitely worth visiting.

Stopped here on the Battlefield Bash Poker Run today and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Ordered the home made pork rinds with a few beers and was not disappointed. The other couple ordered the nachos which I tried and they were very good too, not soggy or over loaded with ingredients. Will definitely stop by again if I’m in the area, thanks for the support!

I haven’t eaten there much, so don’t take my food rating as fact. It’s more of a bar/hangout. They have cornhole, pool tables, and other games. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the pool tables are really off level and their cues leave a lot to desired. Still had a good time and would recommend
