The worst gumbo I have ever had. Obviously not prepared in house, served in a carry out container for a dine in order. If I could give a true rating it would be in negative numbers. After eating a couple of bites I began to retch and had to leave to go to a nearby Burger King and quickly eat a kids meal to get the taste out of my mouth. The state of Louisiana should file suit against this restaurant for insulting their name.

Absolutely enjoy coming here to get some grub. I’ve tried a few different things. Shrimp Po’boy or the Hot Sausage Po’boys are my go-to favorites. The catfish is very good as well, crispy out side soft juicy inside.

Tried the soft shell crab po boy and their crawdads. The crawdads were SPICY, which was exactly what I was looking for but I think they may have been frozen rather than fresh, but they were still pretty good.

Had this the other day. The po boy was TERRIBLE. I ordered it because I seen the good reviews and it sounded good. I was highly dissatisfied. I couldn’t even finish it. The guy at the counter was very rude when I asked for more sauce. Definitely will never come back

Catfish and shrimp platter was amazing! The batter on the seafood had an amazing flavor and the seafood tasted fresh. The only food item that didn’t come to play was the gumbo. It tasted watered down and tasted like it was frozen and thawed out. The staff were really nice and helpful. This place is much better when it comes to seafood than cajun Ed’s. They know how to prepare seafood and this is coming from a cajun from Louisiana!
