I called to place an order for two cheesy breadsticks. He told me it was gonna be 30 to 45 minutes I said OK I’ll wait that fine but then after picking up my food I see that there’s no cheese on all except for one breadstick and then I pay for marinara sauce and ranch and they give me icing and marinara sauce. This used to be my favorite place but now lately all I’ve been is disappointed.

Typically they’ve been pretty good in the past the last pizza I ordered I asked if I could get a time frame on when it would be ready the guy told me no, then when I asked if I could speak to someone for an ID on how long it would be he told me no also then when I got the pizza it looked like this

Ordered delivery at 4:15 PM, it was supposed to be delivered by 5:10 PM. When I called at 6 PM to ask about my order, I was put on hold for a mins and then told my order would be there in 30 mins. It arrived soggy and cold and was not even close to the Louie’s quality and flavor I was expecting. It is the 3rd time something like this has happened recently and we are very disappointed that this great local pizza shop has fallen so far in quality and taste. I didn’t want to leave a review but this level on not good pizza has been consistently disappointing the last few months. I guess I’m looking for a new local pizza spot. I can’t recommend Louie’s Pizza anymore.

Service and management are getting worse across the board. Called ahead, was told 20min. 40min later and pizza hadn’t even been started. No apology, no attempt to correct it, just “well, I just got here” from the employee.

Probably my favorite pizza but service is pretty bad. When I showed up to pick up my phone order they told me the ticket had been misplaced and wasn’t made. I told them I didn’t have time to wait that’s why I called it in and they didn’t want to offer any compensation.

First time ordering from this pizza spot and my family and I enjoyed the pizza. The pizza was supposed to be delivered in about an hour from when we called and showed up 25 minutes sooner than it was supposed to. Pizza was hot and exactly what we ordered. Driver was friendly couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Thank you would order again.

They’re terribly inconsistent. We love Louie’s pizza when it’s made right, but if you look at these two pictures of breadsticks they’re completely different. One way over baked the other very delicious. We’ve had the same experience with our pizza too, one burnt one not. We’d love to eat here more, but you guys can’t keep doing this!!!

Louie’s pizza is our Friday night go to pizza. They are usually right on, when they tell you how long it will take, and they do good work. The staff is friendly and always give you a coupon if there is one available. I usually ask if there is one. That’s cool.
