Fantastic pizza! Excellent service! Acceptable atmosphere. This is our go-to place for take-out pizza! We usually get a pepperoni and a cheese pizza, but we’ve also ordered sausage as well as Hawaiian. Whatever we order, we get the buttered cheese crust, although the regular crust is delicious too! The service is friendly and competent; no slackers! Prices compete well with larger chain establishments, but the taste is distinctive. The dining area is sparse and a bit tight, but most people get take-out or delivery. However, if you like the “hole-in-the-wall” vibe, then you’ll enjoy the dining space.

I ordered sesame seed and butter crust. As always. When you pay $1.50 extra additional for fees to Louise themselves. You expect the order to be correct. Well Louise disregarded my butter request. When you pay $20 for your online order, you expect it to be right, especially with the additional fees. Nope, Louise start paying attention.

Just picked up a 3 topping pizza. I got mushrooms tomatoes and pepperoni. There is only 3 pieces of tomatoes on my entire pizza and a few more mushrooms. I called and told them. They did not offer to redo my pizza. I asked if owner could call me. They said no longer Louie. Now it’s Nathan and they don’t know how to get a hold of the owner. Pizza has really gone down along with the service.

I had a $84 order. They missed giving my husband the 2L. I called and asked for a credit for the soda. Instead I got blamed that my husband should have known. Not that they made a mistake. Not a we can credit your account. Not when we have a driver in the area we can drop it off. Nope. You drive 30 minutes to come get it. When I asked to speak to a higher manager I was hung up on.

I ordered online to avoid having to wait and when I get to the location I understand if I have to wait for a little bit but my order hits the window and I literally watch other orders come after mine and my order is totally ignored for over 10 minutes while I’m sitting in the lobby just watching it sit in the window. and the woman ringing up the transactions is constantly touching her nose and her mouth and cough in her hand, that is very unprofessional in a place where there is food
