Louie’s was a family-owned institution serving up foot long hot dogs since the ’50’s. It closed during the pandemic but reopened last year under new owners. Menu has largely remained the same with some new items. It’s a good stop for dogs, burgers, sausage, chicken, and curly-que fries. And loganberry!

I’m not exactly sure why we have never been here before. The food is great! the menu is a very decent size for burgers, chicken sandwiches, and so much more! The Cajun curly fries with the black and Blu chicken sandwich…FORGET ABOUT IT! That chicken was seasoned perfectly with that blackened jerk sauce paired up with that Blu cheese . Uncle Lou, we will be back for sure! Oh and did I mention it was half the price for the food than that other hot dog place, if you know what I mean.

I have visited 100’s of restaurants in W.N.Y and I don’t know how but I have never visited this location and now I absolutely regret it . From the moment we walked in I had extremely happy feeling. I had the pleasure to meet aunt Debbie . Let me tell you her customer service is beyond anything that I have ever encountered. And I have been in the restaurant business for 20 + years . She is absolutely amazing and adorable. She literally makes you feel like family . And speaking of family she was also working with her sister and I believe maybe other family members. She told us to try her famous potato salad and I was mind blown with the large portion of this amazing sweet filled potato creation topped with whole eggs. she made something that everyone needs to definitely try . I want to thank Debbie for being such a amazing employee and making me smile and feel so welcomed. Everyone one should visit this amazing location and help support them because I heard they almost had to permanently close the doors due to Covid . Thank you for holding out and re-opening and blessing us with amazing food . Oh yeah they are doing cheeseburger cup-cakes for Mother’s Day another one of deb’s creations and steak

I am going to be as nice as possible as the people that served us were very nice. I have been going to Louie’s for years I mean many years over 50. The food is wonderful when Louie’s daughters or son are working there. When they aren’t as nice as the people are working there are they seem over their heads. I have to say I love the fries at Louie’s but tonight I couldn’t even eat them. My burger was so so and the Italian sausage had to be sent back as cooked improperly. I hope the staff can get their culinary skills up to match their niceness.

I never thought i would rate so low here, im chalking it up to the new owner. We watched a employee EAT while making food! Order came out wrong. Don’t like how you can’t order till your at the register, likes how when you walked in they started the order right away. Some employees were rude. Food isnt the same. A tradition that sadly I have to put a stop too.

The thickest fried bologna I’ve ever had. This place will fill you up. A good number of freshly made char broiled items for eating. The sweet potato fries are fresher than the newest Brittney Spears album. This place will cost you more than a meal at McDonalds/ Burger King, but it is locally owned, real food. Don’t expect a fancy meal, do expect a quality meal.
