Just GO! Just GO! Everything about this place was absolutely amazing. From the customer service to the phone. When I tell you a vibe OMG. The beautiful cashier was so fun & helpful!!! (June 21, 2023) 1st time to Houston, TX and was told Lotus Seafood was a must try. Omgeeeee, the best advice everrrr!!!! I had the deep fried Lobster with Louisiana fried rice ( rice, peas, carrots, tiny pieces of crawfish, baby shrimp and mild spice) and corn on the cobb. I also had a frozen drink whose name escapes me but the color combination was red, green and blue. To top it off I used their infamous “Crack Sauce” (buttery cajun) . When I tell you, ” the flavor exploded in my mouth like it was the 4th of July” child that is an understatement!!!!! Each and every bite was better than the previous. My leftovers tasted as good as the fresh order. I enjoyed it so much that I stopped there on my way to the airport to bring 3 orders of Louisiana fried rice, fried lemon pepper wings, and 10 packets of Crack Sauce back to NY. My family enjoyed every morsel of it too. I will definitely go back to Lotus Seafood everytime I visit Houston. There are several locations in the Houston area. I ate food from 2 different ones. So, it really doesnt matter which location you go to, your food will taste the same. And customer service was very friendly, patient and informative. Keep up the awesomeness Lotus Seafood.

Just left the restaurant got home and my order wrong AGAIN! I ordered the 2 boils that was 24$ each added eggs corn and an extra cluster to one. Order total like 64$ .Called the restaurant at 9:06 but the phone lines are closed but it says the restaurant closes at 10. I tried calling because I live far and by the time we would have gotten back the restaurant would have been closed! Then I realized that I left the receipt lying in the counter, order #704. So idk what will happen tomorrow when I call to complain about missing a crab cluster. I love the food but they never get my order right! I was so fed up that I stopped going! This is the first time in 1013 that I have patronized this establishment. Maybe I need to stop going for good!

I came here yesterday for lunch and it was great!! The food was hot and full of flavor and cooked to perfection and the service was good! There was a bit of a wait but totally worth it! The restrooms were clean and the atmosphere with decor was amazing. Good vibes and good food!! Would recommend and will be back!!

This location is always busy. There was a long line but it moves fast. After placing the order it taking awhile to receive our food and find a table to sit at. You have to visit this location having patience. We visited on a Thursday evening. Others in our party wanted the Loud Pack, but it was gonna take an additional hour before this order would be ready. I recommend visiting this location during the weekdays and before 6pm. During less busy hours. The food was and is always delicious.

This place provides excllent Cajun seafood. The atmosphere is very hip-hop with fancy lights outside of the bathroom. Was too hungry so forgot to take photos for the food. Fried oysters is real fresh and very crunchy on the outside while juicy on the inside. Someone recommended their Louisiana fried rice but was just okay in my opinion. The happy hour deal for snow crab is very good $24 per pound and $10 per pound for shrimp. My only complain is the slushy although it taste good but a non alcohol slushy costs me $6.
