My father recently went to lotus Express ordered a couple of dishes for my mother and he and the food was unbelievably horrible and not fresh. When my father went and showed them how horrendous the food was, they basically told him too bad, threw out his dishes and kept his money. Forget the fact that your food is an affront to humanity, you attitude and disrespect towards your customers is shameful.

I always come here when I come to the mall. Fortunately my experience here wasn’t as bad as these other reviews. The rice is good. I tried their plantains and it was delicious. Maybe people think the workers are rude because of the language barrier, otherwise I think it’s no different than any other Chinese food place that I’ve been to. Try it out.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The food always seems to be lower quality than other Chinese food places. I get that it’s the food court so the food isn’t going to be the best I’ve ever had, but from what I’ve heard, this place isn’t even that sanitary. Save your money and go to one of the other places in the food court.
