Lost Pizza, the brand, is one of my favorite pizza restaurants. This location hits a raw nerve with me: they close prior to their advertised closing time. We were traveling through town and I got excited that there was a Lost Pizza available. They advertise on Google Maps that they close at 9pm. Lo and behold, they refused to cook us food upon our arrival at 8:41pm.

I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and counting . I decided to head to location while still on hold. The “Manager” Jordan wasn’t apologetic at all. He told me maybe the young whom answered went to the bathroom “ and forgot I was on the phone… I asked to speak with her since she was nice & energetic unlike Jordan however he wouldn’t allow me to. Very rude guy. I ordered there many occasions never received this type of service.

My order was 2 extra pepperoni extra cheese pizza with sausage with Alfredo sauce base (they got that wrong) their specialty Lucille pizza and a dessert pie. The order total was $82 before reasoning with the staff. They charged $2 for pepperoni and then $2 more for more and the same with all the toppings. Each pie came to $22 despite not looking any different from a basic pie. And their dessert pizza is laughably pathetic for being $6.99. I placed my order on the phone and the person on the phone said, “I’ll tell you when you get here.” I was nothing short of shocked when these pie added up to $82 total. Save your money and eat elsewhere or order in so that you can control what you see them charging you cause we were ripped off.

Disgusted and sickened by the pizza prepared at this restaurant. This was my first time trying Lost Pizza Co in Columbus and my Kujo pizza had wads of gray and brown hair in the center touching all pieces of my pizza. It was absolutely revolting. I called to inform the manager on duty and received an apology with an offer of a gift card for the value of the pizza. Because it was not just one or two pieces of hair, it was in fact, MANY hairs all inside the pizza, it made me feel that the hair was intentionally baked into the pizza as some repulsive act by an employee here. We will not order or eat here ever again. Would NOT recommend this place ever because of this stomach-churning first and last experience.

Highly recommend this place! The vibe is so chill. The staff is friendly and amazing in every way. We ordered The Kujo and 20 piece boneless with the house salad. Let me just say you can taste the love ! Everything was cooked to perfection. You can taste the fresh ingredients. My only regret was not dinning in. But definitely will be back when we come back to town.

This place should be renamed The Mystical Mojo Experience. It’s so eclectic and unusual it is hard to pick a starting point. The most obvious is in the funky decor. It is like an Italian cook designed the set for an Indian Jones movie and include some hat tips to prohibition gangsters but made it fun for kids as well.

Ordered take out and our pizza was burned. Disappointed because we have never had a bad experience before. Hopefully it was just a rare occurrence.

Super disappointed in the Lost Sub (Italian sausage and pepperoni). While I understand times are tough, four pepperonis and a small portion of sausage chunks was very sad for a $9 dollar sub.

The pizza is good. But the fact that the claw machine that is CLEARLY out of order says “play at your own risk” instead of “out of order” is pretty scheme like. My daughter wanted to play, I put my dollar in. The machine ate the dollar and did not work. Just be hinest, put an out of order sign on a machine that clearly doesn’t work. Using it as a tip bucket is not cool. Shows a lot about the type of management running the place. Pizza is over priced too.
