EDIT: After I posted this, one of my friends order the pulled pork nachos and it took 40 minutes to have it brought out. We talked with two different employees and they kept telling us it would be out soon. Another 5-10 minutes later they wouldn’t show. Even people who ordered after us got their food first. Something needs to be done in their kitchen to expedite there orders.

Ordered a pizza and not only was it burnt, but it was the nastiest pizza I have ever had. Not one person in our group of 6 would eat it. Took it home for the dog and she wouldn’t touch it. After placing our order 3 customers after us got their food before we did. I guess they wanted to take the time to make sure our pizza was good and burnt before serving it. I use to love this place, but I won’t be back after this experience. Was going to say something but was ignored when I approached the counter and got tired of waiting. I’ll gladly give my money to another company from here on out.

I’m so disappointed. This pizza looked so good but was probably the worst I’ve ever tasted. We came here from out of town April 25th. The pizza crust on the bottom was still doughy raw and the part that was cooked on the other pizza had a funny taste. Like maybe it went bad and they cooked it anyways. The staff was wonderful and we experience excellent customer service its just the food was just not good. What you see in the picture is what we left on the table when we left. Also I know we were over charged. We ordered one $11 and one $20 pizza. I had water and my husband had a $4 beer. We did add 2 or 3 toppings on the pizza. All that came up to $66. How? We had our card on tab so when we told them to close it it rang us up and they brought out a receipt. The receipt never showed individual prices or items just a grand total so we were never able to prove it when we walked back in After looking at out ticket.

Wonderful pizza with lots of flavor and texture. Lost Pizza does a wonderful job making their pizza to be perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better looking pie!

We reserved the party room for a 60th Birthday. The staff & service was exceptional, the pizza was great but a little bit pricey. Would recommend to others.

Pizza was recommended by a local, i wasnt impressed. Toppings were stingy & pizza sauce was watery. Dough was a good fluffy flavor. The Garlic Cheese Bread wasnt bad & the Boneless Wings were average. I see why its called “lost pizza”

Too many times we have dined here for Sunday lunch. Too many times, the order has failed to be fulfilled timely, or as in today, at all. Do not tip in advance!

If you can’t give this awesome place 5 stars, there is something wrong with your life! I moved from North Carolina a few months ago, and this is the best pizza I’ve ever eaten! While the whole menu looks amazing, and we have talked about ordering subs, the pizza calls to us each time! Believe me, you have never had pizza this good!

So glad we randomly followed the signs to Lost Pizza Co. No idea what to expect when we stopped but we were pleasantly surprised to find this neat restaurant. Cool decor and GREAT thick crust pizza. We got the El Diablo and loved it! Someone needs to open one of these in Springfield, MO. This is the type of thick crust pizza I’m always looking for!

Solid pizza with some rather interesting options on the menu.
