Service and quality have been declining over the past several months. Tried again yesterday but it just got worse. We were seated promptly and brought chips and salsa immediately. 10-15 minutes later and half way through our chips and salsa our waitress finally took our food and drink orders. It was lunch time and there was only about 6 tables filled and 2 on the patio. Approx 15 minutes later our food comes. Waitress set food down and left. I ordered burrito amigos and the lettuce on it was brown, wilted and disgusting. My wife completely finished her meal as I sat there with the disgusting looking burrito with no one coming to check on us. After she finished her meal we sat there for what seemed like an eternity and never got our bill or had anyone ask us how our meals were. Thank god I happened to have cash on me this day so I laid cash of what I thought the bill would be on the horrible burrito that I never should have had to pay for and walked out and nobody even noticed. Every time we have ate here lately it always takes way too long to get the bill after eating. I hope this helps you serve others but I will be eating at the Jackson location from here on out where we always get fast service at a good quality.

Menu prices have not been updated. My food was $2 more than on the menu. When I asked about it the waiter said it was correct using the QR code. I asked why then he gave us a menu, if I was supposed to use the QR code to get the correct price. He said too bad and walked away.

Sadist excuse for a taco salad ever. Shredded flavorless chicken with soggy lettuce and a tablespoon of sour cream. O and a slice of tomato. That was as crunchy as a apple. Not worth the money. Never will come back. To bad all the money and effort was put into the look of the restaurant instead of hiring a great cook.

Well, I was going to give a 1 or 2 star for the overall portion. Our party got our drinks, and we got our order placed. We waited about 30-40 minutes for our server to come back and get us refills on our drinks. Soon after, we finally got our order. What annoyed us the most was that there was another party sitting next to us outside in the patio section, and one of the girls decided that she could smoke in this part of the section. Someone finally told her that it wasn’t allowed and that she would have to take it to the entrance (which was maybe 10 steps away). So we got some entertainment with our meal. My food was above average (the only minor tweak for me would be that the rice was a little bland in the flavor department). But this is why I wouldn’t give them a bad wrap: the day was May 5th, so you’d expect the non-diverse people to pretend to know what the day means and drink margaritas and cause an influx of meals waiting for the cooks to have a wait time. Long story short: I’ll be back to give it another try when there’s no holiday!

We may dine in, but every time we get takeout the order is missing something, and every time the woman we order from insists we must be wrong. This time, after raising her voice and continuously talking over first my wife and then me, she hung up on us when i got angry. When I called back because thirty dollars of what we had paid for was missing, she apologized because she had found it still in the kitchen. Almost none of the prices are available on the menu you have to look it up. Brought me cold cheese twice, no refills on pop, even after she seen it was empty. Didn’t understand the menu I had to explain to her what I needed. I understand that she’s new but maybe educate urself what you’re trying to sell. The Chile poblano was full of seeds so really hard to eat, had to send back cheese and soup to get reheated There might be 9 customers total including me and my kid 1hour wait. So topical los tres won’t be back.
