Had a nice gathering but the air conditioning wasn’t working well and even though they had fans on high it was very warm.

Tried this place based on good reviews. I had the fajitas. Didn’t come with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole or anything. I just boxed it up and took it home. Most basic boring Mexican meal I’ve had. Won’t be going back.

The last 3 times I have picked up, something is always missing. First time, no shells for fajitas. Second time, no cheese dip. 3rd time, my taco salad was gross. My salad was literally floating, like soup! Food is usually great tasting.

I unfortunately had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star, and it definitely breaks my heart. I ate here recently with some family members, and the boy that brought our food out dropped one of my quesadillas on the floor. Initially it wasn’t a big deal – he said he would have them make me a new one. About 30 seconds later he comes back with my ‘new’ quesadilla, but it was quite obviously the same one that was dropped on the floor. It wasn’t warm, and when I flipped it over there was a stick and piece of grass stuck to it. Los Tres has been my #1 favorite restaurant for many years and my husband & I were fairly regular customers. I’m deeply disappointed that I will have to eat elsewhere.

The place was really inviting. Very clean. The staff was super friendly. The menu was full of a variety of items. My nachos were amazing, and it took less than 15 minutes to get it. My drinks never ran out. Most importantly, the prices were very affordable. My experience was awesome.
