I’ve never been treated so poorly by a restaurant. As we walked in, both my wife and I had to use the bathroom. We were told customers only, we have to order first. That was bad enough. And we said that’s fine, we planned on ordering and eating there. But we had to go, we would order as soon as we got out of the bathroom. Then another guy said we had to order first. So we ordered the first thing that came to mind as an appetizer, but the way we were treated and looked at, we decided to get it to go and not eat there. Then we saw $14 as the price, but we’re charged $16. Then we asked about the price difference, they point to a sign about raising their prices. As a business owner, I can understand policies, but we wanted to enjoy a meal and were forced to avoid this place due to the lack of customer service.

I ordered chicken fajita and an order of 3 beef tacos for pick up. I was charged $26 and received two orders of 3 tacos. I didn’t notice until I was home. One chicken and one beef. I called to complained and was told the price of the tacos are $12 per taco order. I looked on door dash and confirmed the person the phone was lying. The order was only $6 per taco. Avoid it at all cost unless you want to get ripped off.

I literally had to come here and leave a review because it’s honestly the best I could do. I will be straight and to the point. Out of ALL OF THE PLACES where I’ve eaten Mexican food, specially Tacos de Birria/ Birria Tacos, LTDP3 are the best!! Hands down; As soon as you walk in the restaurant you are greeted with an amazing crew, very clean surroundings and a light ambient, but the FOOD, it’s so amazing: the best birria tacos I’ve had, the loaded nachos, the burritos, just wow. Amazing. 9/10

Food was average, but the tortilla tasted stale. But more importantly, the restaurant was disgusting and not sanitize. We found dead bug in the taco that looks like the stake. Please be advised.

The torta was good! My partner and I got one each and we would only eat half and we could Eat alot. This thing was BIG lol we got a Horchatas it’s a Rice milk drink and they give u a whole container which was amazing. I’m so happy This place is open for dine in during Covid… I’d definitively come back again. Oh and highlight was the man in the back playing the hohner for a bit. It’s right next to Pates and Genos steaks.

I got churros and some quesadilla thing with chicken. I wasn’t a fan of the quesadilla, but then again I’m not spanish ar all. So somebody else would probably have said it was really good. The churros were really good though. Nice place to sit down and eat though.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have never eaten here and I won’t now. The customer service in this place is horrible. A woman greets me and I ask to use the bathroom. She says I have to purchase food. I said okay that’s fine… I ask for an elote, she tells me that I can’t order that, then I ask for a dessert and she says it can’t be that either. Then I ask for chicken fingers and fries and she said that I can’t order that either. she told me it had to be food, and it was. Then a man got involved and said I didn’t have to buy anything but I couldn’t use the bathroom. Horrible service… I suggest you take your business elsewhere because you don’t want to deal with horrible service
