We waited 25 minutes for a menu. And after that the waitresses ignored us for most of the time. Took forever to get anything and we had to ask multiple times for a drink menu. The drinks were terrible and the bar tender had to Google every drink she made. The taco salad tortilla was soggy. My cousin literally got sick not even 30 minutes after leaving. And it was way over priced. Most displeasing restaurant I think I have ever been to. Highly NOT recommended.

Clumsy waitress burnt me with the coffee pot while refilling, spilled my coffee, and banged our table with serving tray. Food was overcooked especially the eggs ugh! They ran out of creamer kept having to wave waitress down and staff was just standing around giggling and laughing ,ticket never arrived had to approach cash register where same waitress ignored us while talking to other waitress had to ask for the ticket then they don’t have change she has to reach in her purse to give us the change, spent $30 for breakfast we didn’t enjoy awful place don’t recommend!!

If I could give this place 0 ⭐️, I would. They sat us down with menus that were dirty, mine had salsa all over it. The waitress was rude, they were out of certain meats and drinks on their menu. We had LARGE bones in our food (we ordered chicken and carnitas. The carnitas was 50 fat instead of meat. When we asked our waitress if we could see the manager, she replied with “She’s busy.” We then told her we would wait. The Manager then came out to speak with us, apologized and then said there was nothing she could do. But let’s be real, as a manager there’s plenty you can do. She then walked off yelling very annoyed to discount our food to get us out of there. Very disappointing food and very disappointing staff.

The hostess was very accommodating, wanted a carne asada burrito and she made it happen. Burrito was very tasty and huge!!! It was enough for 3 persons. Only wished I could have dined in to order margaritas, they looked terrific!

We went for a birthday party on 07/31/21 at about 6:30 p.m. with a party of 11. We called ahead and made a reservation. When we arrived we were seated immediately, which is why I gave them 2 stars. There was only one waiter for the entire restaurant. It took over 30 minutes just to be able get our drinks ordered. About 45 minutes to be able to order our food. Most of the dishes that we were trying to order we were told were sold out. That’s the part that really gets me… its dinner time on a Saturday and they’re completely sold out of caldos as well as menudo? After finally finding everyone something that they did have we recieved our foor about 45 minutes later. The food was terrible and WAY overpriced! I paid 12.95 for a taco salad with ground beef. My ground beef had ALOT of lemon which made the lettuce soggy. At the end of the meal we were all given separate tickets, (which is what we asked for,) but the tip had been added per ticket at 18%. I feel as though I should have been charged a 15% tip and anything on top of that given would be my decision. Never going there again.

We stopped in around 1pm on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy and they were a little understaffed. But, we were seated within a minute or two. We waited a few more minutes for our menus. The staff explained the situation and apologized. We completely understood. We were assigned a server who had only been working there two days. I wish I could remember his name because he was awesome. He checked on us each time he passed by and met any and all needs immediately. The food was good. We’ve had better, but the service will definitely bring us back.

Most definitely not the same as it was before the move. Ketchup was sour. Italian dressing was sweet for the salad. Cheese enchiladas are definitely not the same. Really dry. No flavor for the shrimp. The fried shrimp were bigger then the grilled. Catfish was wayyyyy over cooked n dry. There was more breading then fish. Kids chicken stops were soft n burnt at the same time. Yall need to get yalls stuff together. A better cook or something. $100 for food we didn’t want take home to our pigs

My husband and I went at lunch time. Received soured tea and bad fajitas on our nachos. Service was great, food was inedible had to send it back. Was told they changed the grease to a different brand. My husband and I both sent the food back because the fajita were horrible tasting. Had nothing to do with the oil. They smelled bad and tasted worse. We left and ate elsewhere. This place was our go to Mexican restaurant, we were frequent fliers not anymore. We’ve not had a good experience the last two times we went.

Well…I took two bites of my torta and gave up. The meat was very salty. My fiancee also had an issue with her carne guisada being obviously reheated too many times. It was bland (her words not mine) and just uunedited. We actually enjoyed the deluxe queso and chips and salsa.

This was our first visit and I have to say I was very impressed with a local Mexican restaurant. Our waitress was very attentive and always made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Next time we are in Victoria will definitely make a stop at Los Reyes Mexican Grill
