After waiting for some time Los Ranchos finally opened in the old Wendy’s location. They’ve done a lot of work renovating the interior to be more like most other Mexican restaurants, but it still felt a bit funny to sit at the bar where the registers used to be. Service was quick and attentive, and I was very happy with the food. The XX Amber was served in a nice chilled glass with lime, and the fajitas were well seasoned and sizzling when they got to me. Like most places there weren’t enough tortillas, and there was a small upcharge for extras. That aside, everything tasted great and I’m happy to have them as a new addition on the south side of Holland.

It was my first time going to this place. I usually just go to the one next to our house. I am really impressed with their food. Really good. I got shrimp tacos. Highly recommended.

First time visit, very nice atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the menu was very diverse. Plenty of selections. The service was excellent, . They also have a full service bar. Will definitely be back again. A very good addition to the Holland restaurant scene.

it’s nothing to write home about. It was overall just okay & I won’t be back. We think they charge for chips and salsa. We were confused and saw all the other tables with it so we thought maybe you had to order them. We went for a coworkers birthday lunch and the staff were AMAZING. We told them it was her birthday so they bought out fried ice cream & sung to her. Loved the staff but the food wasn’t great unfortunately.

Heard a good review from family so we decided to try it out. Excellent food, generous portions, super friendly staff, great atmosphere, exceptionally clean. I’d give six stars if I could. We will absolutely be returning! This could become a go-to for us!

I asked for a shrimp chimichanga. It only had maybe had 4 to 5 shrimp and loaded with onions and peppers. My wife ordered 3 chicken soft tacos and they gave her hard shell instead. Not worth going to.

Horrible experience. I had one 32oz beer and 3 tacos that should have been 24$. I was given a tab for 61$. Then waited 45 minutes for them to try to figure it out. Then they ended up giving me and my friend with me a cash refund at that point of just the overcharge . YES both tabs were completely wrong and well over what they should have been. Check your tabs seems to be very sketchy. The food was terrible as well I would have been happier with Taco Bell and buying my own beer. 10/10 would not recommend.

I’ve eaten there twice and both times I’ve had to wait longer than anyone should for something as simple as steak tacos. The first time I noticed an extra charge on my bill (chicken and beans) all I ordered was two steak tacos. I let it pass because the restaurant staff appeared to be new and doing the best they could, but tonight they tried it again. Pay close attention to your bill/shady business practices (buyer beware)!
