Got a pork pupusas with extra salsa. The extra Salsa I got was spoiled but not the one that came in the box the extra salsa was in a bag. I called the restaurant and talk to a nice young gentleman. Told him the extra salsa tasted awful/spoiled and the owner said it was made yesterday.I don’t know if it was temperature danger zone after cooling or not rotating the salsa correctly. He Refused to refund me the money or make me a new set of pupusas. The owner said I can get a new set of salsa. That’s his way of fixing it. Spoiled food is spoiled food. You can’t get the taste out of the mouth and hopefully I don’t get sick from this. On top of that I paid almost $15 for one plate of food. I get take out/delivery here 2 times a month for the last 5 years. They won’t get a penny out of me going forward! I told the owner I’ll be calling the health inspector, he said go ahead. I didn’t talk to the owner, the whole time I was speaking with a waiter. The owner/manager refused to talk to me and hide behind the waiter. I could hear him from the background. Once asked if I can talk to the owner/manager I was ignored. Bad business all around! This is how they treat their customers. You just lost a good paying customer! Pictures below show I only ate one pupusa and one salsa that was in the box. Take ownership of your mistake!

Not sure about the pizza but daughter and I stopped in and thought it reminded me of Guatemala when I visited in the Navy. Certainly authentic South American cuisine and healthy servings. If you want to experience a cleaner South American restaurant this would be the place I’d recommend.

I came to this place thinking it was called New York pizza and ended up being a whole other restaurant and when I got my order delivered they gave me two wrong orders and said it was my fault , pizza was greasy and don’t recommend.

2 stars because the previous administration(new york pizzeria was good but something changed in about flavor and taste and honestly i used to be going with my family but is ratheer to go another place until it gets better or improved, sorry for this review but i change it once is good again.

Very expensive compared to when we first started ordering from here 4 years ago. An order of pupusas used to be $7.99, now $11.99. One baleada used to be $2.99, now $5.99! The pizza was so greasy we had to take paper towels to it before we could eat it. Seriously don’t think we will eat here anymore due to these changes.

So I placed and order online for pickup and they canceled the order out without a phone call or anything if your not using that company it’s your responsibility to get it fixed for customer I’m on my lunch break so it timed.. Lesson learned will be my last time ordering or getting my business. And will inform everyone of this service
