1st time at Los Maguelles! We will be back often! Love the food and everyone was so friendly! Large portions too! I had the steak & chicken fajitas and hubby had the Burrito Tropical. I have lunch for tomorrow!

We used to love it here, recently we noticed many of the regular employees that have been there for years are all of the sudden gone. We noticed what appeared to be the new manager, I believe her name was Edgar or Edna or something along those lines being rather rude to the young lady’s that work in there. Her facial expression as she walked around told it all, that lady HATES her job. The ladies have always hung around a booth in the bar when working, usually doing school work or silverware. And every time that new “manager” walked by those girls had something negative to say about her attitude. Which seems to be true. One girl even mentioned how the owner can no longer afford to pay them. We miss the old staff, we will not be back there any more unfortunately. We hope Raul can save the ship, the restaurant is filthy now and service just plain sucks. It starts at the top.

First time there, when we walked in it smelled damp like a basement. Went to sit at a table in back with a booth on one side, water all over the floor, almost as if it was leaking from somewhere. Found another table, quite a few tables were dirty.

No wifi contrary to entrance window ad. Not busy Sunday evening maybe NCAA basketball tournament competition but main dining room had CNN Ukrainian war coverage. Not what I want to pay to see dining out. No smiles but enough attention. Hmm $10 daiquiri a little steep. However food platters plentiful but haven’t figured out why every entree doesn’t include rice to go with the rest.

The food was not good and took forever to bring it to the table. The soft drinks are overpriced. They were more interested in serving mixed drinks to family members that were dining in the restaurant. I observed a man return a drink to his waitress and she took it and tasted it and added something to it from the bar and returned it to the table. She explained to me it was her father because she knew I was watching her. I will not return to this restaurant. It isn’t well managed. They never ask if everything was OK.

OWNERS, MANAGERS, SUPERVISORS TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AS IT IS. ITS TOO BAD REALLY YOU DO HAVE SOME VERY PROMISING COOKS. HOPEFULLY THEY CAN GET AWAY FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT BEFORE THEY LOSE THEIR LOVE AND WANT TO COOK. P.S. MY SALSA HAD A HAIR IN IT TOO.
