The food is pretty average, but the dumplings are the best we’ve had. They have quite a variety too like shrimp, chicken, vegetable, spicy and of course the standard pork. I love going for nice lunch of dumplings and tea.

I can’t give less then 1 star but this place has become a train wreck!!!!! They USED to be the best around but no more. I ordered chicken with snow peas but it was full of mushrooms and only 8 snow peas in the QT. The 2 orders of BBQ beef were RAW. The pork fried rice tasted like eating a bottle of soy sauce.

Wonton and dumplings were out of this world but won’t bother going back for anything else. We were told the fried rice is pre-made from a bag so if you have allergies oh well. First and only place I was ever given pre-made fried rice. And worse yet it was gross. We threw everything away except the wonton and dumplings.

I just started going here the past couple of weeks. My go to for take out is Peking 88 but they are now closed on certain days of the week. Lo’s Garden is now my backup. I decided to try it despite recent reviews saying things are not as good as they used to be. I’ve only gone there for take out and so far its been really good. The combo dinners come with plenty of food for $12. You get both a soup and egg roll which is nice, plus fresh fried noodles. Peking 88 you have to choose soup or egg roll and noodles are extra. The place does get busy sometimes so the staff is a little blunt when it comes service but I can’t blame them. I might dine there soon to see how thats like. Overall not a bad place.

Lo’s Garden was, a one time, my go to Chinese/Japanese restaurant in the area but they’re staff is rude, they don’t have online ordering (even though they have tap and pay devices in store), and their menu is so strict with changes (and many times inaccurate), that I’ve spoken to them with no avail.

My children an I love their food, my daughter and I are BIG sushi people so we eat theirs at least once a week. My 17 yr old their beef fried rice (no vegs w/eggs), 15 yr old orders chicken lo mein no vegs. SO I was EXCITED to order for my mom who was here visiting from NC. Her shrimp toast was HORRIBLE it was burnt black and they STILL served it!!!… (that’s what upset me)… I had to call when we got home b/c it was NOT eatable. For what they charge($50 and the won’t even give u a spicy mayo… still charge u $1.50) I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and EMBARRASSED!!!…. FYI I called wouldn’t credit my card back but offered to replace when I came in next time??!!!!

I don’t know why the ratings are so low. I’ve been going to Lo’s for DECADES and always found the food to be delicious and the staff very nice, in person or on the phone ( I order everything by phone) there’s one lady who has a problem with English, but so do some of my friends that were born here ( you know who you are). The only time I ever order Chinese from another place is when Lo’s is closed.
