Every time I go, they get something wrong. This time it was the sauce order. With something so simple I didn’t think I had to check. When I was handed my order I was asked if red and green sauce was OK. I said no, can i please have two green sauces in the bag. Get home, and of course it’s two red sauces SMH. Horrible customer service, multiple times I come here around midnight and get the same lady. She has the worst attitude ever. I ask for extra salsa and tells me no that she can’t give me more. My partner has also been treated poorly by her when he comes through the drive thru. She is so rude and stares at you horrible when you ask for anything.

Delicious food!! However, their service is spotty- sometimes great but sometimes close to a rude- almost hostile- vibe from order-taker/cashier that puzzles me. Why would a restaurant allow a person to be the face of their company if they are unable or unwilling to smile or even be minimally pleasant? I don’t get it but the fact that I still eat there regularly is a testament to the deliciousness of their food!

Maria took my order 2/6/2023 @ 1:37am. I asked for no pico de gallo on #8 she failed to add that to my order. When I asked for some lemon she only gave me 2 small slices so I asked if I can get a few more. She then had an attitude stepped back gave me a mean stare saying “Anything else?” She was extremely rude extremely unprofessional. She charged me $1 to get more lemon. I have video footage. I go to the location of van buren and have never had an issue. This is the 1 and only time I come to this location. I hope this business takes this seriously being that her role is also customer service yet she got loud and gave me attitude. I’d give this location a 0 if I could. My food was warm by the way not hot nor did it taste freshly made
