My Name Is Not Important
The food is good here. I love their salsas. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. You can still smoke in the bar if that’s your thing.

Went to this place because of the reviews. Well they must of had a really bad day because this place is terrible! They sat us at dirty table, we had to ask for it to be whipped down. Couldn’t understand our drink order and we had to repeat it 3 times. I ordered a Pina Calada because of a review say they were the best & it was so think and sweet that I couldn’t drink it so that was a waste. Our queso was straight melted velveta with to much milk. The red salsa had ice chuncks in it. My Enchilada combo had bones in the chicken. My fajita taco and my daughters quesadillas meat was sour! Like it was spoiled. Needless to say, this is not a restaurant I will ever go back to or recommend. I don’t how this place has gotten such good reviews!

This was the worst Mexican food I have ever eaten. We loved this place before they changed the menu and all the recipes.

We have been coming to this place sense before they changed. The service is great as always, Pancho is the best. The food on the other hand, Is no longer good. Unless they change it back, we will no longer be eating there. I am sorry we have to go. They also raised the price.

The 3 brothers(owners) provide a really good atmosphere and environment, very caring and attentive as well at the waiters. Food is really good you can tell the cooks put a lot of effort into making each dish. Highly recommend trying this place out!

I feel the need to share my experience, this restaurant has Recently been remodeled. Signs posted stated New name & and other signs posted under new management ( owners split up) and have two restaurants both of which I frequent. Other is in Waller Tx. And have not changed their name or menu. I have walked in the Tomball location a total of 3 times over the last 3 months. EVERY time not more than 4 customers in the entire restaurant. This 3rd time they had a new name and a new menu. I asked to be served a salad that had previously been on menu for 7.99 and was told they could do, not given any other price. Also I asked for a side of pinto beans that I was never served. I was charged 15.50 for this salad. I was also not given a breakdown of the bill showing the charges so I called over the waiter who stood at the bar and pointed at the owner/manager (who was eating at the bar) and was told he was to charge me extra for this salad (more than double) I was given a bill for 35 dollars for 1 small salad that has some chicken 1 jumbo margarita and one small and this was during happy hour. Never to return. Bad management. Terrible experience!!!! So dissatisfied and disappointed. So mad I left full, the second drink. For the life of me I can not understand why this management expects everyone else to pay for their remodal. 35 dollars for a salad with chicken and two drinks for 1 is absurd (and a tip on too ???? I am a good tipper) I think not. Had the waiter came and asked me definitively . But not given a choice just a charge. Do they honestly think people have that kind of money? I am sure I do not! They will be bankrupt within 2 months.

I’ve been going to this location for about 20 years, starting back when it was called Los Pinos, and I never felt as cheated by a meal as I did with this last visit. Flavorless, cheap quality for high prices, and the I swear the queso they served was just warmed up cheese wiz. Oh, 4 dollars for a soft drink, but only one refill? Most restaurants charge half that with unlimited refills, not that I got more than refill because the server never visited our table after dropping off the food. Not gonna waste my money there again and I recommend you don’t either.

I’m very disappointed, I saw this was under new management and was looking forward to trying it out. I love Mexican food, but this was far from appealing. Walking in the atmosphere was dead quiet like a ghost town you could hear everyone’s conversations there was no music or ambiance, I mean the decorations were nice, but that’s about it. The staff seemed impatient and not very welcoming almost like it was upsetting for us to be there. When we sat down it took them several minutes to go get a highchair for my child. I asked for a water with lemons, and they brought me just a water. I asked once again for some lemons and a water for my daughter since they left before we could tell her my daughter’s drink order. They once again came back and dropped off the kids water, but forgot my lemons. I asked someone else a third time before finally someone brought me some. They also told us that they didn’t really have a kids menu because they were under new management, but it’s been over a month since “new management took over” I’ve worked restaurant business all my life that seems a bit ridiculous. The waitresses walked by multiple times ignoring the direct eye contact that I kept trying to make with them to indicate we had been ready to order for a good 10minutes. Finally I called the lady over, after trying to get her attention multiple times and told her we were ready to order. It wasn’t that busy maybe two other tables and at least two servers were working so again ridiculous. My fiance ordered a burger because he’s not much into the Mexican food like I am. We got chicken nuggets for our daughter and I got a combo 18 that was a tamale, an enchilada, and a taco. If I didn’t notice at the last minute that I had to pick the stuffing for my enchilada and taco the waitress never would of asked and I have no idea what I would of got at that point. The food came, the kids plate of chicken nuggets had 4 tiny nuggets on top of two pieces of toast and a bunch of fries with a small corner of shredded lettuce and tomatoes. My food was lukewarm at best, sure the plate was hot, but not so much the food. Everything was bland and flavorless. Not what you expect from Mexican food. The only thing that really had flavor was my beef taco, and that was from the grease. Now I like my salt, but not even salt could save the food from tasting like nothing. Needless to say I could not bear to finish the rest of my plate. I only ate half because I’m pregnant and if I don’t feed this baby I’ll have other issues on my plate. His burger was bland with no flavor as well. We were done disappointed and ready to go, oh I forgot to mention the silverware that we were given after asking for it several times was dirty and obvious food residue left on it. The manager stopped by the table and asked how everything was, we listed our concerns and tried to be really polite about it, but all he gave were excuses. I had had enough and just shook my head and told him we were ready for the check. He said he would go get it and then never came back. The table that was sat after us and directly behind us got there check before we did. The waitresses continued to walk back and forth not once asking us if we needed anything and avoiding me trying to get there attention once again. Finally I stopped the lady from cleaning the table behind us and said can we get the check please? She was like oh yeah and took several more minutes to come back with a handwritten paper with the original numbers written in black with some corrections of higher prices made in red. I wish I took a picture of it then but I had lost my patience. We paid $32ish for a meal that was not worth it in the slightest. I could of gotten better at taco bell for that price. She sure watched closely when it was time to pay and stopped what she was doing to come take our money and that was the only time she was quick. The handwritten paper gone and just a regular receipt left with no itemized copy. The manager didn’t once offer to make things right in anyway, just had excuses and that was it. Never coming back

The best food place in tomball from service to quality food for 13 years with my family

My dad ordered a taco salad. Apparently you have to pay a ton extra for guacamole, sour cream, or anything else that normally comes on a taco salad.
