The workers here are beyond disgusting. This lady answered the phone in a rude manor and asked “do you speak Spanish” and I kindly replied saying “no, love I do not” she then a hung up the phone on me. I was so confused the lady didn’t wanna serve me because I didn’t understand Spanish. That was disgusting and down right illegal, I asked to speak with the manager and he was zero help. They didn’t serve me because I didn’t speak Spanish these people are disgusting more then their food.

Wait time to be seen was long, this place was not packed at lunch. The food we ordered was just okay. The mango shake did not taste like mango.

you literally have to understand and speak spanish FLUENT in order to eat here. Certain privileges here are given to Spanish customers. If you are black, white,or anything but spanish dont bother trying to have a good experience here. Very exclusive to other races and ethnic groups

Bought some moro with ribs and the price was over the top. One of the employees asked how much pounds of ribs did I get and and the other one said 1lb with out even weighing the food. It seems like they were just guessing prices and for the amount of food I got the price was double that. In my opinion they are over pricing people and getting away with it.

Horrible waited forever for our food then just asked for it to go. They gave me fish instead of pork chops. Horrible service and the food didnt even taste well. They told us we get a salad. Some kind of salad!

We had a large party and asked if they would be able to handle it. We went in around 2:30pm and left at nearly 5pm. Poor service. Never came to ask if we needed more drinks. We thought that after this long wait we would at least have a great meal. The food was terrible. So very disappointing. If I could give less stars I would.

I was in the neighborhood with some family members and we were looking for a quick place to grab something to eat, given our long day running errands. We walked in, sat down, and ordered the combo special because EVERY dominican store I know in all of New York State usually has a combo special. The waitress said we could only order a combo special if it was to takeout, which made no sense. When the food was finally bagged and ready to go, my dad asked what the problem was as to why we couldn’t just eat our food on one of the MANY empty tables on the side. There was no one in the dining area except us. Eventually they said it was okay, but I’m still not sure why it was a problem to begin with. I thought that was kind of rude from their part. We still tipped the waiter out of courtesy even though she didn’t do much. The food alone was about $50 which to be honest is very overpriced for it to be a “combo special”. There was a customer at the cashier that also seemed confused at the price of the food, it was just unrealistically expensive. The food was OK, nothing great. The sweet plantains were dry and the chicken was a bit burnt. Overall, I would only recommend this place if there’s no other dominican place open in the area. Prices are too high for the food to taste just ok.

We’ve ordered take out a few times and the food was ok. Sometimes it seemed a little under seasoned but not bad. We stopped in last night around 6:30 and paid $50 for a family size order of yellow rice, stewed beans, chivo and maduros. When we got home the rice was hard and tasted old and dry, the plantains were completely old and dried out.. The goat and beans weren’t bad but didn’t seem fresh. Everything tasted like leftovers from the day before. I ended up throwing mine out but my husband ate his plate and regretted it the next day.

I went here with that family for the first time and it was an okay experience. Even though it was pretty empty the waitresses took a long time to serve our drinks. Also I order a Lobster which the Menu Price said $29.00 dollars approximately but when the bill came they charged me $45.00 dollars. Their explanation was that the owner had bought them a little expensier that week therefor that prices went up. Mind you the waitress never told me that the price on the menu was not that correct price. WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN.
