Went here to get a Torta and I have to say best Torta I’ve had in a long time Bellevue is hiding one of the best taco trucks I’ve been to yet!!!! If you haven’t tried it you are definitely missing out! The bread was perfect with just the right toasted crunch I got the Al pastor and Chorizo Tortas the Al pastor was tender and juicy the chorizo was flavorful!!!!
