The food in the container is all over the place. A majority of the beans, rice, and cheese from the beans were all over the tin foil that was wrapping the tamales and tacos. $50 for a meal, and this is how it arrives. Ridiculous

The food was very good, it came out quick and hot. Service could use some work. Our waitress came to us twice, once for taking our order and once for bringing our food. We had to walk up to the front for our check and ask for drink refills.

Check your orders. First person took order I paid. Then realized it was put in register incorrectly. Second person corrected order. All is good . Not. Third person came over because second person had to deliver food to table. Order now corrected. Thought all was good refunded me the difference. oK yeah. Checked receipt again and extra item was put on. I am sure this was error and said leave order the way it is that it’s fine. When order was finally bagged the third person checked order and said all good. It was a to go order and driving handed some of the food out to then realize we were missing 4 items. At a total of $9.00 worth of food and drinks. First experience here and now the last even though the food was good.

Worst customer service experience! We arrived at the restaurant by 8:pm, the cashier ask if it was dine in or to go. To this we replied dine in. She say only bar was open, and we pointed out that there was a table available to what she replied… “it’s dirty and busy” I literally turn around and walk out! That’s was so disrespectful and unprofessional! Would never recommend this place to anyone

ordered a el pastor taco dinner only cheeses sour cream. get home and i open my food and it had onions and cilantro all over the tacos. my husband called to complain and the kid that answered the phone did not even offer to remake it or nothing not even a sorry.. Well you guys just lost some good customers. because we used to go 2 times a week and spend more than a 100 each time.. we will not be going back or ordering from there again. Also when taking a order be responsible for your errors.

I really want to love this place whole heartedly but their food is inconsistent. Some foods taste like overused cooking oil and smells like that chicken grease that’s been used so many times, it starts to smell fishy. I’ve eaten there 8 times and order the same thing each time. Three of those orders were not great. I don’t know how they messed up rice last night but it tasted metallic and had that old fishy oil taste. I saved it for today thinking maybe my taste was off and it was still yucky, like old rice reheated in a dirty pot with some used grease on top. I’m going to keep ordering from there but hope they figure out why their food tastes like over used cooking grease.
