Let me start saying that this restaurant it’s a hidden gem! The service, the food, the drinks and the ambience are just amazing. I was very happy with my dinner last night, my server was Sergio and he was very thorough with the menu and the drinks, he made sure we got all the chef specials that are not in the menu and let me tell you, we got both items, one was a crab gorditas, and the other one was the Chuleton Wagyu, with a caramelized apple on top, some caramelized carrots, a very delicious creamy base, both items were amazing. I also got los Azulejo‘la Tacos with rib-eye and bone marrow and they were absolutely outstanding! For drinks, I got the guava margarita, top shelf, and it was so smooth and delicious because they make all their fruit pures in house, they do not use syrups, and this is a whole game changer When it comes to drink.

Kind of a weird set up, big clear windows you can see everyone inside eating and then the tables are somewhat crowded together, got more of a diner feel than an upscale vibe. Upscale restaurant playing Mexican hard rock/punk. Sometimes a little too loud… but oh well.

Food is delicious, we ordered brunch, I had the chilaquiles and my mother had the Mayan omelet, both were pretty tasty. Agua frescas are good but a bit pricey, but they do give you a good amount. You do get chips when you get sat, the salsa is tasty but I like salt so maybe some salt and pepper on the table would be nice. They don’t offer tortillas with brunch meals, they do charge you $2 for 4 and they didn’t really taste homemade so one of the reasons they didn’t get 5 stars. Server took our order, never came back to refill water or check in us before food came out. The guys who delivered food and cleaned tables did most of the work. I don’t like having to ask for water refills at restaurants so that’s why they got 3 stars on service. Very bright and beautiful place, I enjoyed our time!

Meal plating was great, but flavor was slightly lacking to me. The salsa is not spicy at all (my toddler was eating some) but is flavorful. The Paloma was good but short of great. Lastly, our server seemed insincere, is that makes sense. Overall okay experience but I probably would not choose to go back – although my husband probably would and he wanted me to give five stars, lol, but in good conscience I did not – though if he really wanted to eat there I would, I just would rather try a new place than eat at one that I didn’t have a great experience at

Loved this little hidden gem. The pulpo (octopus) in a bed of rice like a paella was delicious. The presentation is beautiful. The flan portion was shareable and delicious as well. The spicy Margarita was very well made and not too sweet the way I like it!! Can’t wait to go back. Thanks Jenny for a great service!

We are out of towners and we found this place by coincidence on Google’s Map. When we got there it wasn’t full, so they sat us quick, the place is beautifully decorated, feels fresh and clean in there, they have a full bar and the menu has a good amount of items to choose from. Our server was super friendly, I was excited to try the food we chose. Everything came out in a timely manner, my favorite was the fresh cucumber water, OH MY GOODNESS BEST ONE I’VE EVER HAD! Our food was delicious, the flavors and freshness it had was great, for sure authentic Mexican. The only thing I do have a problem with is the prices, they are a bit more steep than other restaurants I’ve been to, not sure if it’s because SA is a tourist area but it is a bit in the pricey side. I don’t mind it once in a while but this would definitely be a special occasion type of place.

We returned today and our waiter Sergio, gave us outstanding service and was very knowledgeable about food on menu, thanks for the great service. Our food was delicious again As well and we look forward to returning to try out other plates. First of all, our waiter Luis, did an fantastic job on presenting us some good options and was very knowledgeable with the food and drink menu . Our food was delicious and my plate “Tacos azulejos de ribeye” which came with 3 ribeye steak tacos and a beef bone marrow was great and the bone marrow was delicious . My drink was a Jamaica agua fresca and was very refreshing and good. My wife had a house margarita and a Huarache de pork belly which she said was very good and she loved her drink as well.
