Great customer service. Nice dinning area. They use chicken breast in most entrees. I love their chips and two types of salsa. Drinks are little pricey but I am sure they use quality products.

Had to return after an exceptional experience last time. The margaritas are as good as I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Chips are perfect and salsa is top notch. I just happened on this place when in town on business. I think it’s going to be a regular destination.

The salsa is really unique. The food is not the standard Mexican fare. Try the million dollar margaritas! Chips could be better. Overall it is a great place to dine with the family or on a date night

I ordered the la tampiqueńa special and it was the best steak I’ve had in Indiana! The cook was perfect, the chimichurri was fresh and delicious and the queso stuffed pepper paired so well. You can tell everything is made from scratch and the quality is unreal. The tamarindo margarita was refreshing and light. 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to return!

We all had great food! I had tacos gobernador (shrimp tacos) and they were the best tacos I have ever had! My wife gets margaritas at most Mexican places we go to and said that the house or Arroyo margarita was the best also, so much so that she was asking the waitress about it. The waitress then suggested the Havana Margarita, saying that it tastes like you’re on the beach! And she was right! Great food, great drinks, and great service! We will be back when we are in town again. Maybe on a Monday during happy hour when the margaritas are 1/2 off next time!

Really great Tex Mex restaurant. It’s definitely a step up from your standard Tex Mex fare–nicer place, better service, expanded and more “Mex” menu.

Absolutely amazing. Loved this place! The bathrooms were very clean, which is usually a good indicator of how they keep their kitchens. The food was fantastic from the chips and salsa to dessert. Our host and waitresses were great with good recommendations. The atmosphere is fun, classy, and family friendly. Our kids devoured their food, and so did we. I would like a little larger serving on the churros, but they were absolutely phenomenal. It was decently priced as well. Los Arroyos is definitely a place I’d recommend and we will be coming back.

The horchata was amazing and the choriqueso was amazing. The salsa they bring out is molcajete based and it was so good! The margarita arroyo original was very good as well! Good music! Fajitas were fire! Must visit if visiting Carmel Indiana!

In this review I will compare to your traditional Mexican restaurant- Definitely ~upscale Mexican food which was super tasty, fresh and service was great. Definitely a bit pricey. Drink selection and mixes were awesome. You won’t find the portions or as many options as your traditional place. We didn’t have a reservation on a Friday at 6:30 and got right in, but if you don’t want to take any chances, I’d probably make one on the weekend for dinner. It’s a dealbreaker for me when upscale Mexican places charge for chips & salsa. This place did not. My pozole was super great & there was tons leftover. They boxed it for me in soup containers which I thought was impressive because I thought they would put it in a box and I wouldn’t get the broth. Alas, very good, but nothing stand out that makes me think the prices are warranted. I would not purposely choose this place over a traditional joint, but I think it depends on the experience you want. They have weather permitting outdoor seating, bar seating & then restaurant. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this place to someone but wouldn’t tell them not to go if that makes sense lol

Great mix of traditional and adventurous Mexican cuisine. The location is higher end but not stuffy.
