We called because they gave us the wrong order and the girl laughed about it. No apology. Went back for the correct order. By the time my daughter got back with it her nachos were cold and soggy. Not to mention she wasted what little bit of gas she had. They claimed to have remade the nachos before she came back. But I doubt that’s true. If they’re nachos are cold and soggy like that normally then that’s even worse for them for them. We asked for a refund because we weren’t gonna go back a second time and waste more of our time and gas. They made a big deal out of it and only refunded the nachos. Maybe I’m wrong but after all that I feel like we should have gotten a total refund and my daughter still didn’t have any dinner. She laughed over the phone, had a rude attitude, smirked at my daughter when she went back, and pretty much had no empathy or care to keep customers. I’m sure they get enough business without us. But I’m honestly so disgusted I can’t eat my burrito and kinda sad that we won’t be going back there anymore. We used to go there like every other week. They lost good customers and didn’t care anyway.

The burritos taste terrible I’ve never had a worse burrito in vallejo and even the salsa and chips don’t taste good. I also had to pay extra for some green salsa that wasn’t good either. Total waste of money had to throw my burrito away cuz it started to hurt my stomach. Go somewhere anywhere else and you’ll get better food.

This has been the worst thus far I’d rather go to a taco truck. The girl in the front taking orders was rude and disengaged. I ordered 2 steak and shrimp super burritos not to mention they charge to add veggies that should come on the Super Burrito such as tomatoes and cilantro plus 2 Sprites ……. to top it all off the burrito was filled with rice, I mean packed with rice ,so basically I had a rice burrito……… $37 later…….
