When entering Los Amigos, you’re greeted with pool tables, arcade games, and an authentic Mexican vibe. Sadly that’s all this restaurant has going for it. The staff is short, the environment is dry and unwelcoming, and the food is sub par. The drinks are room temperature, and the food comes after a long wait. If you’re looking for good Mexican food in this part of Kentucky, just find a Taco Bell instead. The waiter was pretty hot though.

The food is excellent! I always get the steak and it is good. I got the steak once on a take out order and it did not taste the same only because it wasn’t fresh off the grill. It wasn’t anything they did. The only way I would recommend ordering a steak dinner to go is if you sit and wait for it to get done, so it will be fresh! Their chips rice and beans are the best. I think this is the best Mexican restaurant that taste authentic! I absolutely LOVE this place!!
