When I moved to the area, I went to the Aguachiles on Mesa. I stopped going there a couple years ago when the service and food turned bad. I was hesitate to try this Aguachiles location because of the bad experience from the other one. Well, I decided to try the Cimmaron location and I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted and sat right away. The server was caring and checked on me periodically. The food was delicious. I am happy I gave them a chance.

We love this place, delicious and excellent service, it definitely became my new favorite restaurant for margaritas and aguachiles! After having a bad experience in the place that has the same name on Mesa street in front of Walmart, you definitely removed the bad taste from my mouth with the delicious margarita that you prepared for me. thanks for the service.

Not the best place, not the worst either. Food was overpriced for what was served. Small portions for the prices charged. Plates were cheap plastic; most have chips in them (at least use better serving plates for these outlandish prices!). Descriptions of food were not accurate. So unless you speak Spanish, and/or are familiar with the food, it’s hard to get a good understanding of what you’re ordering. Our server hardly spoke English, so asking questions just couldn’t happen. Ribeye was rare and was almost cold being served. The alcoholic cocktails taste like medicine; forget getting your money back if you don’t like it (most places would take it off your bill); drinks are expensive and have heavy ice. Probably wouldn’t come back on my own volition. I just expected way more out of this place, especially when I saw prices, and was severely disappointed.

We are looking for a place for my daughter’s 21st birthday so we had lunch at the new location on Cimarron. Our server was very nice and attentive. We did not go when it was very busy so that was nice. It was around 1:30pm. My daughter was happy with her tacos and the Ensenada fish and chips was very good. The serving was generous. We might celebrate here, we will check out a few more places.

The food was okay. I would say they need to add seasoning to the fish ans shrimp. The steak my husband had was really tough and no flavor. The drink my husband order they didn’t put the beer inside the drink. My husband had to drunk it down because it was over half full in order to add the beer. The service was good.
