Really good food , music was a bit to loud. Food was the Best I have tasted in a while. I ordered the vegetable fajitas and this is the first time that I’ve ever had the vegetable fajitas with broccoli and cauliflower it’s usually just peppers and onions and mushrooms and tomatoes. But this vegetable fajita also has broccoli and cauliflower which was very good.

I guess the food was okay. I just wasn’t over the top. I ordered a Chile rellano which, in California comes breaded and fried with melted cheese inside and topped with a red sauce, this Chile rellano was like an Ortega canned Chile stuffed with ground meat in sauce. Very strange and not what I wanted. I also ordered a cheese enchilada with red sauce and it came with some cheese sauce that was like a tostitos queso cheese sauce from a jar instead of the red sauce I ordered. Wasn’t super impressed, it was okay I guess. The chips and salsa was good.

This is the only restaurant in Princeton that we MUST go to every time we are visiting family. The food is delicious and the service is fast. The salsa is my favorite out of every Mexican restaurant I have tried and I live in a larger city so I have tried alot. My favorite dish is Chicken Alambres Fajitas. Not many Mexican restaurants adds bacon to fajitas! Couldn’t be more delicious.

We got our food 4 minutes after we ordered. That’s very impressive!! It was hot, fresh and possibly some of the best Mexican food we’ve ever had. Salsa was OUTSTANDING. Server was friendly and got our orders right. Wish bathroom floor hadn’t been sticky, but will definitely definitely be back when in Princeton!

Took the fam for a mid week afternoon birthday celebration. Not very many people, so we got seated and served immediately. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend the Mejacate (sp?) with steak! It is served piping hot in a large lava rock bowl fit for a king and has a cactus leaf cooked in. Absolutely delish!

Starting with incredible service it was just the tip of the iceberg. I ordered the Chicken Monterey and a top shelf Margarita. The food served was absolutely delicious. I ended asking for a box and had the rest for lunch. I live in Calvert City and it was well worth the trip. The atmosphere and music made me feel I was in Mexico.
