This Abuelos locations has a great staff, great looking set up and spacious inside. This was my wife’s grandma’s favorite spot to stop by for food and a margarita when she would drive to Newnan and visit.

Food served hot and tasty with fare common to most Mexican joints. The service was a little slow with a few mishaps on the order, drinks not refilled and the receipt was incorrect. Would go back but make sure you have some time to kill.

After a long day of work, we decided to try Los Abuelos Mexican Grill. We were promptly seated and served chips and salsa. The salsa had great flavor with a little kick, but not too much. The chips were thin and crispy. After placing our order, it took what we felt was a significant amount of time to get our food, based on the restaurant being only about one-third full. I ordered no guacamole on mine(darn those allergic reactions!) but was served guac on my salad. My daughter ordered corn tortillas for her tacos but was served flour. The server saw that our orders were wrong and said, “I knew they would do it wrong!” but never offered to make it right. To avoid a disaster, I had to not eat my lettuce and tomatoes that were covered in guac. The server also kept checking her watch while she was standing there, not doing anything to correct our orders. Once we were served our food, we never saw our server again until she brought the check. Our food was actually really good, but the service was lacking. I felt as if we were a huge inconvenience to the staff. Had the service been better and our orders correct, I would have gladly given 5 stars.

We stopped at this restaurant while traveling home from vacation. We were definitely not disappointed! Our food was phenomenal and the service was impeccable. The chicken empanadas are absolutely amazing as was everything else my family ordered. The only complaint is they need to add some noise reduction to ceilings. It’s VERY loud. We will definitely be back!

It was all right. I feel it was a bit overpriced compared to other local establishments with the same fare. Loved the salsa. Felt the chicken was overcooked.

The staff here is phenomenal. They were extremely nice and friendly. The food was incredible. The waitress made great suggestions and the fill in manager from Johns Creek was great to chat with. We were traveling to north Georgia and are very glad we stopped. Hope the open close to home in Cartersville

I ordered the Seafood soup. It was spicy and delicious. Not for everyone though. Others in our party had the pizza and chimichangas. All was delicious except my daughter had the Tortilla soup and it was luke warm..she wouldn’t eat it and shared my soup. Cocktails were delicious.

Visited L.A. for the first time. Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The options on the menu seemed pretty standard, the price was on point. Service was great and food came out fast Easy choice to be a repeat customer. I had the 3 taco plate, the chicken had a delicious taste, 8 was pleasantly surprised about the shrimp, and the steak was a great finisher. All great choices.
