It all began in the summer of 2018 when entrepreneurs Daniel Stout, Miguel Bedolla, and Tito Gonzalez with 25 years of experience in the Mexican Restaurant industry opened the first Los Abuelos Mexican Grill in Newnan, Johns Creek, and now we served Marietta Location.
The founders’ goal was simply to make happy people, help the community and serve delicious Mexican food made from scratch with passion and love.

My experience was only with takeout. I will give a second chance but there is some room for improvement. The ultimate quesadilla was good. All of the toppings come in the side. I asked for the secret spicy sauce, and there was one. So I’m happy there. The chicken fajita tacos could use more toppings. Pretty sparse seasonings and cilantro. Pricing was reasonable with the exception of the street corn appetizer. For $5.99 I got about 4 oz of corn in an 8oz container. That’s pretty rediculous. I won’t be ordering that again. Value is inconsistent on the menu so be mindful of portion sizes when ordering. The take out is also at the bar, which is difficult if every seat is taken. You may be reaching over somebody who is eating to get your food and pay. I’m hoping they get it together over the next few weeks.

I am in love with this place, and it’s right down the street from my house! My roommate and I came here tonight for the first time, and the drinks and food were the best I’ve ever had at a Mexican restaurant. Everything was so good! The service was very quick and attentive, even though they were busy. We will definitely be regulars. I highly recommend!

I really hope this place gets better soon! Nice menu and building but we had to send food back. 2 dishes served nearly cold and shrimp dish not prepared correctly. Burnt rice. Relatively small portions. Very slow service in the bar area tables. Loud. At least the manager took care of the problems.
