Traveling through and looking for non-chain breakfast. Called to order, ate out back in the shade on our tailgate. Huge steak omelet burritos were delicious. Green sauce on the side was great and sliced limes easily packed to go. Definitely would eat here again if back in the area.

Walked in at 7:30 pm. I was the only one in the restaurant. Waited 5 minutes before someone came to the counter. Ordered a burrito to go. Employees were very pleasant and friendly. Received my food and felt it, and it was cold. Got back across the street and had to microwave it. Good size , just alright flavor. Maybe next time I’ll try something else and eat there. They do have beer also.

I wouldn’t give them one star. Worst burrito ever !! I travel for a living. I wanted to see if the restaurant was good. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY HERE DISGUSTING !! I ordered the Super burrito and was terrible. I think the cook intentionally picked out the worst meat he had. Which were chunks of fat and nasty tough chunks unedible gristle . The homemade hot sauce was Horrid…Yukk !!!

You have to order from their menu at the counter while a man sits there and stares at you. All four of our plates of food were barely warm at best. Everything is served on styrofoam plates along with plastic utensils. My thoughts are that they can’t serve hot food because it would melt the styrofoam. Also, we all wanted just a glass of ice water but were forced to purchase a bottle of water. I will say that the food has potential, it was pretty good, but the temp the food was served at along with the styrofoam/plastic and the ordering procedure made the whole experience not very enjoyable. I don’t see us returning.

We were on our way back home and wanted to eat before heading out. We drove all over Childress due to a map error and then decided just to go back to the restaurant by the hotel we stayed at, and come to find out it was the restaurant we were looking for. When we walked in they were a bit busy but there was plenty of tables available. You walk to the register to order your food. There are menus to see and there are also pictures on the wall with numbers to help you order. We got breakfast foods and the kids got bean soft tacos with a side of rice. We also ordered Horchata and Jamiaca Aqua Fresca. It was all delicious!

Los 4 Jaunitos has the best authentic Mexican food around. Service and prices are great too! Must stop if passing through or staying in Childress. Their Burleson, TX location is amazing too!
