Always a great place! Only bad experience we had was a couple years ago when another customer was treating our waitress poorly (yelling at her and subsequently the manager about his steak (which have always been perfect for my wife and I) to the point that I wanted to go have a conversation with him.) Fortunately, the guy left a few minutes later. My wife and I were still having a great experience with the waitress as she maintained her composure and emotions with us and other tables (although it she struggled to do it) and for that we tipped her well.

This is by far the best restaurant in town. The food is always delicious, prepared exactly how I like it, and in a timely manner. The atmosphere is nice and our server Mac is always so friendly and attentive. If you are looking for a nice dinner with your family, I would highly recommend Longhorn in Alton. The staff is always smiling and the service is always amazing.

Brand new Longhorn Steakhouse in Jupiter extremely exciting! I’ve known John for a few years from other locations seems like a terrific manager. Quality steak concept this should be a flagship location. Sat at the bar the service was outstanding Vinnie is an awesome bartender! Will most definitely be a regular!

Steak was cooked correctly, salad was great, stuffed mushrooms were awesome. Ribs and Mac and cheese were also good. The price was exactly what we were hoping for and the atmosphere was perfect for us (much calmer than Outback, much less pretentious than more expensive locations).

I have mixed reviews here. The food was very good, as always, but our service was very disappointing and not what we are used to getting at Longhorn. She started out very sweet, took our drink orders and returned quickly with bread and drinks. We were ready to order so we went ahead and did so. She brought out our salads, unfortunately mine had the wrong dressing but I just kept it to myself and ate the salad. It was another 25 minutes or more before she came back to our table and asked if we wanted anything else or just the check. Now we haven’t even gotten our steaks at this point so I said”just our steaks”. She was very apologetic and returned about 10 minutes later with our meal. We didn’t see her again for about 35 minutes and had to ask the server at another table if she could get her for us. By this time we’d decided to take our dessert home with us because we were both full. (That fresh bread and butter is so good.) When she did appear I asked her for one box for the rest of my tenderloin and my husband’s porterhouse. She brought out a small box that was barely big enough for a slice of pie. I asked her for something bigger, you know the box you usually get when you take the rest of your meal home with you. She got an attitude and took off and returned with the correct box. I thanked her nicely. She then came back with our dessert to go and just dropped it and our bill on the table and took off. My husband paid the bill by scanning it and we left. We’ve never had such poor service here but we won’t let it stop us from returning. Just hope she realizes that a job in customer service might not be for her.

Went for the first time a couple weeks ago for dinner with my children. Everything was fast and just right. Returned again this week for lunch and sat at the bar for a burger. Great burger. Friendly service. The food was pretty quick to come out as well.
