We decided to go for a drive and when we reached Warrenton, we were starving. We went to Google to find a restaurant close to where we were and the selections were slim to none. We normally do not dine in chain restaurants but the fresh air made us hungry and we decided to try the Longhorn Steakhouse. To my surprise, it was flawless from beginning to end. Unbelievable. For a Tuesday night, the dining room was hopping and now I know the reason why. As an appetizer, we tried the French Onion Soup and Mixed Green Salad. The soup was piping hot and the salad and salad plate were perfectly chilled. For our entrees, we had the Longhorn Burger – one with French fries, the other with a loaded baked potato. The burgers were cooked to a perfect medium rare temperature. For dessert, we shared the cheesecake with caramel sauce and pecans. The hostess was extremely cordial. Our waitress, Seleste E, was remarkable. The dining room was spotless. You can feel the care they put towards cleanliness. It has been years since I’ve dined in a restaurant that was flawless. Hats off to the management. Chef and the kitchen crew, thank you very much for your talents, care, and the presentation of the food. What a beautiful way to end our day.

Not bad but not great. Steak was under in temp and had almost no seasoning. No seasoning on the baked potato but my wife said the sweet potato was one of the best she has ever had. Desert was the strawberry shortcake and had a bad artificial flavor. Service was excellent and staff was personable. I just wish the food was better.

I ordered a nargarita and was wondering why it tasted different bit go9d. Turns out that there was no or hardly any tequila in it! I weight a buck twenty and am a real lightweight and would usually be at least a bit tipsy and felt nothing! What a rip off, I was charged full price for no actual alcohol, and no I didn’t ask for a virgin drink.

My husband ordered a T-bone and asked for it medium and I ordered a ribeye and asked for mine medium rare, which my steak was medium which is not what I asked for and well my husband’s steak was medium rare and in some places raw and when our server came not once did she pick up that his steak was not cooked accordingly and then when explaining she never offered to get a mgr or let her mgr know about the situation. Poor poor customer service and management. Will not be visiting there again. Great place for drinks that doesn’t require thinking or customer service. Sad part about this, it was not busy and this was 3:00 in the afternoon.

We were in town for a funeral and stopped in for supper. The food was wonderful. Bread was fresh to begin. Salad was fresh as well as ingredients. I had the Cowboy pork chops with broccoli. The chops were ample, seasoned perfectly, and tasted great. Our server was timely, friendly, and spoke clearly. I would recommend a stop if you are in town.

It’s a very nice place to eat. Good quality food and the service were good. Typical Western decor and music. Nice atmosphere. I definitely would come back.

Worst longhorn ever visited. Service was sloppy. Steak was tasty but cold. First time for that. Rice pilaf was the worst that I’ve ever had. Salad was the best part of the meal. At least they didn’t screw up the sweet tea.

Longhorn is usually my .. special place, you know, guaranteed to have great food and service. However, I celebrated my 5x birthday and was a bit disappointed. Apparently, we got a new server who didn’t know the menu. And didn’t bother to check on us. The broccoli served smelled awful, like brussel sprouts and were rubbery. I’m really wondering why 1. The kitchen bothered to cook this obviously spoiled broccoli. Broccoli, when cooked right. Is a very bright green, almost a fake green end translucent. The broccoli served was yellow and opaque. I almost lost my appetite. They did serve us new veggies, but also served to remind me of how absent our server was. Bit my best birthday dinner ever… sad face..
