I love Long John silver’s, always have and I always will. this one was clean and even though it was sharing a place with a Taco Bell the fish was hot fresh and crispy, the hush puppies are fresh, and the coleslaw was amazing. I’d recommend coming here if you ever stop in alamosa and you’re looking for a quick bite to eat!

Waited 19 minutes after ordering to get my burrito supreme and crunchy taco. The tray it was served on was dirty. I ordered at 11:28, well ahead of the lunch rush. The lady who came in after me tried everything she could think of to get someone to come to the counter, waving and calling. Three people from the drive thru came back in for food missing from their order. Will I go back to this Taco Bell. No. And the Long John Silver’s side was shut down completely. The meal was decent and the place was presentable. Effective management was missing entirely. Too bad.

My group of 6 (3 adults 3 kids) came in, ordered 5 crunch wraps zero special requests or anything crazy(1 steak, 2 sausage, 1 bacon, 1 original), and a couple of basic tacos with no lettuce. We were the ONLY customers in the building at around 10 am. on Monday, Feb 6th. 1 employee was on her break eating (obviously not to blame as she truly was not involved in any way and looked mortified at how we were being treated) & 3 others working in the back. This taco bell is a pretty slow place especially if you need a fast bite to eat… It’s relatively cheap though which is nice! I got 4 Cravings boxes but they didn’t give me a box for any of them, they just threw them into a bag which was kinda annoying. They finally had Baja blast though which was nice! The last 2 times I went here, they were out… Kinda strange. My main gripe was that we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our food which for being fast food was really ridiculous. Food did taste great though!

Drive thru speaker hasn’t worked in weeks. Constantly changing staff which makes me think pay is minimal so food ends up being hit or miss with the constant change in staff and being understaffed.

Wow, for $7.99 for 2.pieces of chicken and fries you’d think you’d get good size pieces. Looked nothing like the photo. Although it was good, for not even what 1 piece should be combined, I’m knocking it down 1 star and negative 2 stars for the girl who took the order. Never said a word until I asked how she was. Seemed annoyed that we bothered her.
