Got our 2 pc. Fish & 6 shrimp combo got home noticed the change of food packaging again… the flavor changed on the coleslaw it tastes really off.. the fish is much smaller it did not taste freshly made, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while.. the shrimp is usually large & buttflied.. it looked like they got a bag of regular frozen breaded shrimp and fried them. We will not be returning back to this restaurant ever again. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The worst Long John Silver’s I have ever eaten. Fish was overly greasy, chicken was so overcooked I could hardly chew it and the coleslaw tasted like it had cleanser in it. They asked if we wanted condiments and then didn’t give them to us. Was counting on the standard LJS’s fare but sure didn’t get it. So disappointing.

I called ahead and was unable to either order on line or to order ahead. Not good. However the young lady I had spoke to on the phone, took the time to help me with my order. I not only got everything we wanted, she helped save me at least $5. Awesome young woman.

First time visiting but not a good experience. Came for fish and chips. They were out of french-fries and the only other side they had available was corn. They did not have any ketchup for the hushpuppies and no tartar sauce for the fish. When we opened the bag to eat the meal, there weren’t any napkins or silverware. The coleslaw (that we had to scoop up with the fish) tasted like the carrots were rotten. Would like to rate “0” but had to pick at least one star to be able to post. We will never go back.

Great customer service in this location. When our order was out on the counter the fries fell off from the tray and not only did the employee fix them onto the tray but he replaced them with a fresh new order of fries. I think that says a lot about the staff. Really liked this location.

Fish was extremely dry and there was barely any fish inside, fries were stale and old tasting, hush puppies were just dried up and stale. They also forgot the tarter sauce we asked for. Would not recommend.
