I understand being short handed and understaffed but when you leave in the middle of taking my order to take the drive trough order……the fist time I’m like okay no biggie. Second time okay getting a little upset but the third time I’m really feeling disrespected. Then another lady walks up and ask if this is my order. First off I can’t see your screen second there is no one else in the entire store of course it’s mine. So regrettably I was rude and it wasn’t her fault and for that I feel bad but this place needs better management. But to top it all off 2 other people came in after me and ordered and their orders were filled before mine. Then they we’re all just standing around like they purposely wasn’t making my stuff.

I had not eaten fish in forever!! Well when I walked in the restaurant, my mind was set on tacos and a burrito but when I saw the Marquee in the restaurant, I told my daughter, Oh my goodness that fish looks so good and I haven’t had fish in months! so I ordered fish and two extra Hush Puppies! Oh my goodness it was so delicious, that I wished I wasn’t full so I could eat more. LOL anyway it was absolutely wonderful I really enjoyed my meal of fish that day!

Not the way I remember long john silver. Soaked 4 napkins squeezing grease out of the fish. Hush puppies were decent. No little crunchy pieces under the fish it was all grease soaked.

LJS is my favorite place to eat. The service was ok but the food was awful. It was cooked way past done and tasted like the oil used to cook had not been changed.

No ice for drinks, no sauces available. Should go to the nearest gas station and buy ice, so they can serve their customers. And why not plan better when they order their sauces for the week? Really?!? What happened to good ‘ole customer service? Guess that’s what we get when careless teenagers run the business. DONE

This place is horrible went thru drive thru got my food and got down the street and my food was cold went back to return it to get some freshly made got down the street started to eat and it was disgusting food was nasty cooked in old grease never will I order anything from that franchise again

I love the food and the service is pretty good. Previously we consistently had items missing and others have too many items than ordered. This review is based on many trips to this long John’s silvers/taco bell. Edited they are getting better. 1 star changed to 4 star

Long johns Red Oak , TX. Horrible service, rude and rush you through ordering. She told me all the sauces were in the bag and I asked for extra crunchies and vinegar but got neither. The food was good but the services needs a lot of work. I would have even understood if they were super busy but they were not at all.

Customer service was horrible. I should have asked for her name before I left but an older Hispanic woman was very rude to me through the drive thru. She was rushing me first of all. I asked for extra crumbs and she said “you have to go back through the line”. I said “how much are they?” She said “free but you have to go around”. Now what kind of sense does that make?? That’s like me asking for extra napkins but because I asked at the last minute I have to go back through the line for napkins???? Chic FilA would NEVER! But that’s what I get. I didn’t need this greasy food to begin with!! I’m trying to tell you bad customer service will make you pick healthier options.
