Went here for the first time in 10 years today 4/26/23 Decided to give them another try . I took my lunch break and rode over there placed my order the lady at the counter was nice. 16 minutes waiting they still didn’t have my food even cooked. I said I needed to leave and wanted a refund took them longer to get a manager to give me a refund . I assume the district manager was there and still wasn’t even empathetic or acknowledging my issue . Tried to get her attention but she was busy fraternizing with the employees . When I got a manager to give me a refund he’s like are you sure I can cook it right now . And said I can take it with me since my lunch break was over . I’m like dude I rode a motorcycle here where you want me to put it. Now I’m sitting back at work famished and disappointed yet again with the horrible service of this establishment. They only prioritize drive through what a shame !

I’ve been through the drive-thru here a few times, and the service has always been satisfactory. Last week, I had a meal inside the building, and the service was hideous. It took them forever to get my meal to me. I was tempted to go outside and go through the drive-thru, because that seemed to be the only way I could get anyone to wait on me.

Went here while we were visiting in Virginia we missed this place so much here in North Carolina used to go to one all the time in Greensboro but they have closed them all since now when we visit Virginia we know where to go love this place the food was great customer service was great in the restaurant was very clean

So let me start by saying the young lady at drive thru tonight was wonderful very friendly best I’ve ever come across. I got pulled waiting on my food. But the fish and fries were just warm at best. Everything else was good tho… please tell the young lady at drive thru at 7pm on 11/26 she was great.

I love the food. I’m a fan of Mexican food, and Taco Bell is a great meal for the price. It’s got great value and is easy to get in and out of if you’re in a hurry as well. Great folks, great food, and a nice pleasant atmosphere. 🙂

The restaurant dine in is always close and the drive thru is so back up. This is the worst place in Farmville. You call and the hang up on you. Everyone is complaining about this. Is this so ridiculous. They getting people order wrong in the drive thru which is an headache cause you have to get back in line to get that taken care of. Something has to be done about this

They can’t seem to get orders right on the first try. While waiting for our order, several dine-in customers had to tell staff that their order was incomplete or incorrect. We ordered 12 fish, watched the associate try hard to stuff too many into a single box, we asked her if she got all 12 in there, and she said yes. We opened box, counted 9 (the overstuffed box only comfortably holds 6 fish fillets, if you want to actually close the box), and asked for our remaining 3. Other than that, fish tasted great.

My husband and I decided to drop on for lunch today. He ordered the fish and 6 shrimp platter while I ordered the fish and chicken platter. He brought his platter up because it was missing 2 shrimp. I noticed that his fish didn’t look right and went to check my food. Chicken was old and dropped back into fryer to reheat. Old and greasy. Cook behind the line got defensive and claimed food was fresh. Fries were limp and cold. Definitely not fresh. Got a refund and left. Was really wanting to eat here today as it has been years since eating at LJS. Disappointed and will not be returning. Will be calling corporate office

Went in this establishment today around 3 PM and was told that the Long John Silvers part was closed because they were cleaning the fryers. They said the fryers would be down until 9 PM. Who the heck does that? Take the extra time and go to the Long John Silver’s in Crewe. The people at Arby’s were glad to assist me with my order.
