Went through the drive thru, ordered just a simple fish platter. They took 20 minutes to give me my order, a car behind me waited 15 minutes as well and was still waiting when i left they are very quick to tell you to pull a side and they would bring it out. Little did i know it would take 20 minutes to get my food brought to me. All i ordered was the fish platter. This was the second time, the first was almost as bad as waiting just thought to give it another try. I will not be going here ever again. Bunch of kids making the food at their pace and it was not tasty at all. I’m done with this location. Horrible management i will not recommend this to my friends and family. Lastly ordered double fries as my 2 sides and i got served one serving so got screwed on that as well. Do not go here, it will ruin your appetite.

KFC my comfort food. I was disappointed that there was no more original chicken an hour before closing. I said I am willing to wait. The employee said ,”Oh No! we won’t make anymore today!” So I did what any else would do I went to the competition. Church’s Fried Chicken. Hot and fresh. I did have to wait ,but it was super hot. KFC you have lost a loyal customer for good.

Had the worst fries I’ve ever had. They were burnt out yet cold and flavorless. Fish was greasy and cold but way over crunchy and salty. The only good thing was the hushpuppies.

KFC and long john are together in annaville and the fish was nasty n cold the hushpuppies were so hard couldn’t bite into them the Mac n cheese was omg nasty it was cold and watery the food was cold this has never happened before because we eat there all the time spend 30 to 40 its not cheap lol

It was an hour before they closed and he told us it would be 10 minute because he had to put oil back in and fry our fish, he said you will have to wait but it will be fresh, then when we paid he changed it to 15 minutes, when We got both meals the first meal looked fine the second one looked like they had taken old pieces of fish & chicken that had been fried before and they had refried them they were hard and nasty so I made my husband go back round and I gave them the fish and told them it was hard so they remade it and we had to wait another 10-15 minutes , but they never said sorry or offered anything like most restaurants do for Messing your order up, I felt like it was an inconvenience to them because they had to fix their screw up , WHAT THE HECK HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ??? THESE COMPANIES NEED TO START TRAING THEIR EMPLOYEES RIGHT.

The fish was extremely greasy. It was apparently fresh out of the fryer but never was allowed to drain the oil. The store was not that busy at the time of our visit. Will not recommend it.
