I go pick up lunches for multiple people everyday so to make sure bills and change work out I always order seperate. Well at 1pm today I’m the only person in the drive thru and asked to do 2 orders and they refused so I said I won’t order than and the person at the microphone said that’s fine we don’t need it. If that’s the way fast food workers are going to treat their customers they don’t need to be open period.

Nothing about my order was correct, they forgot the cole slaw, shrimp sauce and gave me the wrong order!! Then their lobby is closed so you can’t get a resolution without going back through the drive through!

We got to the speaker ordered our food after sitting there for about 5 mins. We got parked which was not not a problem. 15 mins later we were still parked. We had to call and find out what was going on. We get home and our food was not only cold but we got the oldest food that they possibly had. The biscuits were hard as a rock. The chicken was so old it was hard. The fries were so hard you couldn’t eat them. We spend $25 dollars on food we couldn’t even eat. Our food should have been fresh waiting 15 minutes. Just not right.

Waited 19 months for them to open their Lobby again after covid and then the food was pretty much just meh….waited 40 minutes for LJS chicken that was just soso for temperature, no breading bits anymore, and soggy fries…..so disappointed, especially since I hadn’t had LJS in about 15 years or more and used to love it.

Went for lunch. Got a one piece fish kids meal with a Capri Sun. The Capri Sun was the best part of the whole meal. The fries were cold and the fish was soggy. It was disgusting and I was really disappointed

This location was false advertising free soda with 12 peice meal I brought it up to staff and manager at window was waiting for me at pick up window.He was very rude and got mad and disrespectfull that i asked that sign should be removed.I cancelled order do to many reports of food being spit in if you complain.As i took picture of sign to post the lady ordering at speaker was being disrespected by another female employee taking her order.This location has the rudest staff and the manager guy seems to pramote this kind of service.I will now go to Cedar location even though its farther away because of way better service.
