This is my go to for Long John Silver’s. Staff are awesome and friendly. Answered my questions regarding deals. FYI, the fish is cooked to order so I waited about 10-15 minutes but it’s good to know that it’s not sitting around.

They messed up, not once, but twice!! But third time is not a charm. I’ve been sitting in my car for 50min, and they still screwed my food up. I even showed them (there were 2 ppl that I showed it to) and they STILL messed it up! ♀️

First of all I love there fish and shrimp combos meals there, but recently I’ve become very frustrated with the deep fryers being closed for cleaning at 12:30 in the afternoon, this was the second time this had happened around the same time so I couldn’t order any fish or shrimp. When I asked the first time why are you cleaning the fryers in the middle of lunch hour they had no good answer! And today it happened again April 14th at the Kraft rd location again! I was so frustrated I called the restaurant after I got home and talked to a supervisor and explained what happened not once now but twice, I’m not a restaurant owner or manager but find this happening twice within a 3 week period is to much of a coincidence. Her suggestion was for me to call the restaurant before I come next time to make sure the fryers are working for the long john silver products. This suggestion makes me wonder about the management and practices and when not to clean the fryer like 12:30 in the afternoon on a Friday ! Frustrated customer, fyi they suggested to me to come back in 30 minutes! Is this good customer service?

The food was awful, the French fries and hush puppies tasted like fish. The fish was VERY small and dry. Would not recommend it to anyone way over priced, very small portions.

Dinning room was filthy! Every table was dirty and floor was sticky. Employees didn’t wear gloves or have hair nets. Won’t be back to this location.
