Out of tartar sauce???? Yes!! Imagine eating at Long John Silvers and getting your food, only to find out that a fish restaurant has NO TARTAR SAUCE!! I told the worker that she should have told me before I ordered. Terrible experience.

What a horrible experience. I couldn’t tell if I was at the bar on karaoke night or if I was actually at long John silver’s. We were there last night about 8:30pm and I was not impressed. The music was so loud we could barely hear each other across the table. The were singing so loud in the back we could hear everything in the dining room. They did not sound good either, at all. The food was so bad it messed our stomachs up. I would not recommend anyone to eat at the st Clairsville location by the mall.

Pulled up to window Sunday night at quarter to 10. They close at ten. They told me someone would be right with me. I waited ten minutes with my child to order food and no one came back on. So I drove up to the window. Looked in the window and honked. By now it’s five to ten. There was an older black guy and a younger Hispanic guy in there throwing all the food away. Neither of them would even look over in the direction of the drive through window knowing I was there and have been waiting to order food. Horrible service!! Never did say anything back to me just kept throwing food away and it still wasn’t closing time yet.

Absolutely amazing job from our cashier! According to our receipt her name was Allison and she did absolutely wonderful with mine and my boyfriends double order; she was friendly and thorough and very quick! She made sure to repeat our orders back to us at the speaker and again when we pulled up, she came to the window almost immediately and had our food out to us in under a minute! She’s fantastic at her job and I’ll be coming here a lot more often!

Was only customers in the building but still waited 5 minutes for someone to come take our order. Ended up leaving because didn’t want to wait forever to get our food. Someone was in the drive thru waiting over 15 minutes for their food, can’t quite understand why when they weren’t even busy. It’s ridiculous.

Wife and I stopped placed an order found out missing a few things called to let them know . Received answering machine in wich no one ever returned the call great customer service won’t be returning. If they don’t care won’t be spending our money there so poorly managed and ran just lock the doors for good

When ordered food, the order was wrong. Was being polite about what was ordered and manager assured me she fixed it, it took over 20 mins to bring the right order to table. Was short a 3 pieces strip meal for my child. When asked manager for a container to put the chicken that was given manager ignored me. Had to send my sister up to ask. Im sorry but get my order right specially for what i paid also be respectful.

If I could do 0 stars I would!!! First off I was told they didn’t have the chicken that I wanted and that I could wait on it but it would be 12 minutes, which I was okay with. Then I got to the window and the guy told me that he had lied and that they did have it. So I get home after ordering 2 of the K1’s, which is 2 drums, a thigh and mashed potatoes w/gravy and a biscuit, and a famous bowl. Well let me just tell you I didn’t have not 1 piece of drum in either one of the K1 combos. And the chicken in my husband’s famous bowl was cold and rock hard so he had to microwave it just to get it warm and softer oh and you don’t want to get me started on the phone!!! I tried calling them several times last night when it first happened and again this morning but THEY DON’T ANSWER!!! Do they even have a phone?? Or did they get a new number that I just don’t know about?? I will NEVER go to this KFC EVER again just saying!!!
