I remember I got lunch at KFC and my chicken was not done and had a funny smell and they just threw my food in the box and I was the only one in the drive thru. And they don’t answer their phone either when I tried to call and complain. And they never have their doors open to come inside to dine.

I Have ALWAYS loved Long John’s. Marysville JONG JOHNS SILVERS is by far the WORST “LJS” I have ever been to. Iv givin many chances to see if it’s just the shift or people. NOPE!! Always cooked far too long, been cooked and sat out under a heat lamp for too long. Also they have NEVER been asked once if we would like tarter sauce,vinegar, or anything of condiments. Not complaining just telling the world in hopes to get it resolved.

Waited at counter for well over 10 minutes and was never greeted nor my order taken. No excuse as I was the only one inside the restaurant and there were only 2 cars in the drivethru.

I waited at the counter for several minutes. At least 4 employees saw me…. but no one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence, so I walked out and went to Culver’s instead.

Rated KFC, I would recommend you refer to that rating .. Long story short don’t waste your time and money. The staff does not care about quality of food or happiness of customer. We drive from Delaware to go to LJS and have been highly disappointed and dissatisfied the last few times..

Went to Long John Silver’s Sunday after church today. We stood and waited 5 minutes and no one came. We looked towards the back where they make the food and it was empty. No people. Finally one of the customers from the dining room came to the counter and yelled back to the prep area. After a minute or more a young woman came to take our order. She was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. We placed our orders. And she told me the price. I said to her what about my side and she said it comes with fries only as rude as she could. I looked up at the menu and it says I can choose a side. She said, as rude as possible, okay what do you want. I told her to forget it. I am not paying to eat here and we left. Terrible service and staff. Never ever again will I go there.
