Today reminds me why I don’t eat out anymore. 2 BW3’s and bad service no food I go here. What a joke. Girl real sweet work but the food was nasty. Rubber chicken and stringy fish. Nastier fries like been there all day. Idk what’s so hard to do the job paid for. Said 1 ketchup and 1 tartar sauce. For my 1 fish n 1 chicken. They gave me 1 handful. Maybe if they were not just throwing extra items out the window they could afford to have fresh food.

Went there at 850 pm and was told we had to hurry and order because they wanted to close and when we kept asking for different items every time the answer was no. By the end we asked what the did have and her answer was 4 pieces of fish. These people are lazy/useless and have disgusting people skills. Most certainly a detriment to the company.

One of the dirtiest places I have been to. The high chairs were totally disgusting . Tables and chairs were not cleaned either.

We stopped by this location on a whim and were greeted by the man behind the counter named Keith. He was upbeat and enthusiastic while doing his job thoroughly and efficiently. The food we were served was hot and fresh. We rang the Captain’s Bell on the way out. Wanted to take the time to leave a review because 99% of the fast food places we visit are never this plesant.

3:30PM, no other customers inside, and every table is dirty. The floor is nasty (someone sat at our table with muddy work boots) Had to get Lysol wipes from the car to clean a table, because we weren’t going to ask the extremely rude woman behind the counter. Then we offered them to the next people who came in. Sanitized for my safety!! Are those cobwebs climbing the front windows!?!?

Food was under cooked. When we ask them to remake our food they refuse and said to take it up with corporate. Table was all dirty. I know it’s hard to find help but if you have time to stand around and talk then you could be washing the tables off.

AWFUL, AWFUL BIG. F fish was so hard, hush PUPPIES were hard as a brick, no iced tea, no long John’s chicken fingers, all the food areas that usually have food in them were completely empty, lobby was dirty. Tables dirty, couple asked them to clean a table so they could sit and eat supper, people were very rude, had to wait to have anything replaced, or get any ketchup or sauces, it’s bad.

Says they close at 10pm but showed up at 9:45 and the entire store was closed down and all cars are gone. So the hours confirmed by the business 6 weeks ago lie. Do better!
